They don't change the consumables. They can change the armor, reload, turret traverse, AA dps. This line wasn't ever good in brawl. The French had secondaries. On this one? Why even considering brawl?

Mostly I talk about the premium ones. Though the Benson, Lightning and Kagero. Akizuki was really good but in fact the old akizuki is the Kitakaze. In all of it's aspects + more torps with better range. I'm really sad about that too cause I bought 3k dubloon camo for it.

Kaga can manage, but Implacable... Nope. For some ships it's really hard and some can be almost useless in the T10 kampa. Lenin and Vlad also struggle to get into effective position.

Well you have the Atago and Azuma but... You do well on them at all. Idk why you got into high tier premiums so fast. Azuma is a really hard to play ship.

With MBRB and good aiming the Edinburgh is 2-3 salvos. Which is 10-15 sec.

Wut? Why? It's still very good one. You know what? Buy an Irian. This one will make you feel blessed playing the Kutuzov. Though I'm enjoying the both (those long range torps like Italian playstyle ) It's less of close support ship that was in the past. I did adapt to it and after buying the Irian I'm not complaining about kutuzov anymore.
