If you wanna get a T8 premium BB - Massachusetts. Kii, Tirpitz and Vanguard aren't bad choices too. Roma is too trollish.

No the HSF Harekaze. It can have Akizuki guns mounted. It's a Kagero with Akizuki guns. T8 hybrid, something like the Hayate on T10.
