That's a very big misinterpretation. Idk how/why you got into such "conclusions". You get -1 when someone reports you, +1 when you get complinented. There's no connection between karma and MM....

Yeah I know. Means they can log into the game. I saw it few times but it was for several TK that was reported to support. So they couldn't play for 7 days. But for ramming? That's....wow.

Because of it's limitation it's not as powerful as the stealth fire back in the days, when you could "access" it every time you needed and for long time. This is a gimmick, it can be tuned or even totally removed (like the radar on Russian BBs on the first stage)

Never felt that tbh. I didn't feel that it's like Massachusetts in that. It felt sometimes trollish but not as Massa or Roma.

From one perspective yes you're right. But this will be more situational thing and because you have small number of charges, long cooldown and short duration... I don't think it'll be OP. It'll be strong tool using it in right moment. Just like MBRB.

Does is matter if it's moving full speed or not? It's firing from stealth (smoke). The only pro thing that it can run away. You consider the moving smoke of Perth/Haida/HuangHe OP?
