He can be spotted outside ofc. I’ll give an example. Kutuzov has 7.7km smoke fire penalty. If he’s shooting being in smoke and some DD is closer than 7.7km outside that smoke, the Kutuzov will get spotted by that DD. BBs have 14-16km smoke spot. That was all to stop the smoke BB kampa. But Kutuzov took a big nerf because of it , people couldn’t play it aggressive so a lot of them sold it (Belfast, Perth and Kutuzov were refunded by dubloons, same as premium cvs after rework)

I don’t remember his nick, he was from NA, had 120k average dmg on Montana and PR below average.... most BBs that he had were like that. Same with Hindenburg, Zao. He’s not a DD player. You meant torpedo wave aka 3 torps. Yes you can but the cost is 9 planes. Doing this squad after squad getting you deplaned fast on GZ. You earlier said 2 drops not 1. One yes I agree but 2 drops from one squad of GZ against Kremlin can’t be done .

One plane can do 11.7k max dmg if the 2 bombs pen the citadel. Against such targets like Fuso or Izmail? 14k was often done by 1 wing. And what about a stock Mogami that has 35k hp, was fully deleted by me on Enterprise one wing few months ago. Dev strike full hp. So that 6k... Is meh.

PR isn't only dmg. It's your battle capabilities. I saw some players with unicuum level of average dmg (60+k) and average PR. Once I saw a guy with 58k average dmg and 900 PR!!!.
