I was talking about all that with Crysantos. The algorithm catches "bad" words or when somebody is typing a lot/spamming. Even normal but long conversation with no cursing or ranting can cause a chatban - simply because you annoy others. The auto ban is almost immediately given, the 3 day and 7 day can be with 1-2 days delay. So in fact you can forget about that they gave it to you.

Cause you don't talk much. Try talking in PL few words with you friend on the other side of the team and then people say "stop spam" .

1 day? Nah it's automatic system. The 3 day or 7 day are by support that watched the replay. One day is meh, one week that's... No words. So frustrating. I had max 3 day ban it was so long.

@ColonelPete i have 4 games on T1 in total on randoms. New players don't have problems on T1, they encounter them on T4.
