Yep they can pen up to 21mm with IFHE . But overall it's not a good build for it, not worth those 4 points just to counter DDs.

W 0.8.8 dopiero wyjdzie T9 i 10 francuskie DD. Italian Arc może w 0.8.10 , 0.8.11 wyjdą do T8 a 0.8.12 T9 i 10. Tak juz bedzie, WG nie chce wypuszczać zbyt szybko linii . Poza tym w 0.8.9 ma być zmiana mechaniki IFHE co zrobi kolejna burze i huragan w gameplay.
