Say it to scrubs that buy a T7-8 premium DD and torp everything just like they think their torps are Asashio type or idk. Once I was in smoke on my Kidd spamming and then heard torps , I don’t see any from enemy side and then 2 hit me from the rear... the guy that torped was scuttled and we lost points because of that....

Well it's a semi Khaba that can torp and - in lower tiers - cap/fight for cap with other DD. The speed, MBRB. IFHE is great against lower tier BBs and higher tier cruisers.
