Worcester for T8 CV , The Kidd for T6 CV and some T8 (Kaga, Shokaku) was such. Not that the T8 couldn't strike him but the losses were massive. Now as you showed me it'll be very meh.

On DD you can buy you don't get a lot from it. On Smolensk - you get a lot of benefit. Plus use the time to have fun with it - in near future they'll change the ifhe characteristics.

No not all the time or in a row . Ship MM is reseted every 20 battles, no matter if you play them today or in a week time. That's the new algorithm S_O talked about with BigPhil back in November 2018.

Depends on he player only. I saw many potatoes on it that rush into a DD to torp him and die so fast.
