Ha? The automatic 24h you can't talk anywhere. The 3 day one by WG support - yes you can talk in port and in division. -
Ok, but as I said - WG wouldn't lose any money. Giving back dubloons. And everyone would be happy. Cause the refund normally I'd after some major change (0.8.5) and they did ask, there was pretty big thread about it if you remember.

Some bug can occur maybe The UI doesn't recognize and can't recognize that the game crashed on your PC or you were afk for purpose. -
