Try to contact you host and let them come and see if there's some lag problems. As I said my friend had this issue and his provider couldn't help (too many people in same area used the same network) so after he changed to new provider it was smooth. So maybe people in your area got internet from same provider as you have more so there's a lag.

Well next time in description they have to add "not Asashio B, Asashio Black, Black version of Asashio". So maybe such people will understand. Hopefully. Maybe.
