Langley now is ok. Few months ago it was a nightmare. Hermes is comparison is way worse CV. I did regrind the USN CV line twice. Langley isn't broken stupid like Hosho (4.4k PR and 86k average dmg after 30 battles - lmao) but was ok/good experience to play it.

Not only in ranked, also in random battles I get less exp and it's noticeable.

I meant here that playing those ships you learn how to manage your position and the position of enemy BBs so you won't get caught.

Some ships can work for you well and some don't. This ship isn't strong but isn't weak. It's workable even on T9. It doesn't have much shells in the salvo maybe it can be a bigger issue is we look at the reload.

The Friesland is very good learning tool to deal with no torps situation. Same with Colbert.
