Just as an info that some ships have radar/hydro can be useful enough to avoid it. And you will learn it and remember it after a while of playing on those tiers, you don't have to study it. That's why it's recommnded not to get into T10 too fast and make silly mistakes that should be done on T8. I would remember those what you mentioned above if I would play T4, but I'm not. Acasta doesn't have hydro btw xD T-22 got it recently.

More radar ships to remember their ranges, hydro, torp ranges, Stalingrads, Black, Smaland, no smoke Mino that can have radar. So you stay on T8 longer time so you can learn things. As a T8 on T10 game nobody will have a big issue if you make a mistake, but when you're a T10 - you just can't have such excuse, T10 must carry the team cause you the abilities unlike other T8 ships that are the support ones on such battle. If you as T10 die too fast by some obvious mistake not doing much - it'll be harder for your teammates.

To learn how to play. T9-10 ships are way more complicated than low tiers stuff.

it's not p2w, it's pay to reduce skill on high tiers. That's the issue, the 5-6 min stomps. I'm also fed with that, imagine such people taking their T10 into ranked and making a mess there.

You know all of that was not about regular f2p but mostly about new players progressing too fast. Well I had in previous clan a guy that just started the game, he bought santa crates and got a load of flags and camo, he progressed through the RN BBs (being a bad player in the clan's academy) that in a week he got a Conqueror. He did play way less than me btw. His goal was to get into T10 ASAP. And then he couldn't even do a 50k dmg on Conq. So I played with him and he was rushing into the center of the map showing broadside and dying. So he watched me then how I play my Thunderer (after he died) and his response was "what a boring gameplay".... We tried to teach him but after few days he quit saying he lost a lot of money for nothing. Those players are not going to play much being stomped all the time, they get mad also because the rest of the team are mocking them in chat.

Well. many people showed in YT how they bought 100-150 santa crates with loades of such camo and signals.

You get signals (ESL ones) from daily containers (that didn't exist on the 1st year of the game) , you get them from some missions and campaigns. You didn't have the "free" 100% exp camo from events (Italian, European, Soviet, French, British). I was playing with non bonus camo that gave me just the concealment cause I didn't have the credits to run the 22k credit one (when I didn't have the premium account). I have a friend a f2p and now he grinded the japanse gunboat DDs in 270 battles.

Still this wasn't the case in the past, f2p were getting the line done in 600 battles at least.

Wallet warriors were always here, though they were not often seen. Flambass is talking here about non-whales that are progressing the lines too fast into T10. So such people nowadays are more common and as a result we have 5-6 min ones sided games ending too fast like in T4.

But you know Odin got the hp of a Bayern? So you have to save as many of it as possible playing safe.

With the amount of hp that Odin has - this build is essential imho. Secondary one will be less effective than on Tirpitz/Bismarck unless you get into T6 MM or fully T8. Even on T9 MM you'll struggle. If the Odin had same hp as Scharnhorst - maybe. Cause more hp means also more hp can be healed back.

Yeah, I do also 20-30 min of breaks sometimes after such tiring and rough loss. Sometimes even after a win I need to vent.

Well being a very good veteran player you'll do it significantly faster than a new one / average player. Though it'll be a good experiment.

Even worse than that. I had an Amagi player against me with 32 battles on his account. Had no clue how to position himself at all, it wasn't even funny how I managed to kill him with my Ohio. 2 salvos and he was gone. Donskoi rushing the cap alone full speed gets insta kill, was his first (yes first!!) random battle cause he grinded it on coop.... Nobody told him about randoms or showed him any content. People that approached Flambass had the "time" to do it. While most people reply "I don't have time to talk to you not mentioning watching some youtube nonsense"... Well. Also what Flambass mentioned about "what ship line should I pick" question on WoWs FB group happens everyday. Then after few days same person comes back whining and ranting how this game is bad and he spent money on nothing and even posting screenshots how he was salty in chat accusing all enemies being cheaters. When we try to tell him to calm down - he starts to attack us, resulting him being kicked out of the group by the admins. This crap happens so often, most of these people get into high tiers, get rekt and cry about it having no other clue. Back in the old days I needed about 500 battles to unlock the Z-52. Now I did regrind it, I'm not that good like Flambass and I didn't use all flags on low tiers - just from T6 and on. I did regrind the line back to Z-52 in 43 battles. 2 days. While in the past I needed 6 weeks. This tells you a lot. And yeah the Corona thing made it way worse, also many people getting back to the game not playing more than 3 years, taking their Missouri, parking in smoke, shooting and getting spotted - hammered to death by HE spam. Or getting blapped by Irian / Wukong torps having even no idea what DW torps are.....

Well looking at your results.... I'm not surprised. And I fully understand. Maybe try some simple clan so they can help you and play with you divs.

Honestly I find it ok in comparison to T10 smolensk fiesta.... Stalingrad too.
