Armour? Then look at armour pen on Thunderer and Conqueror. They can pen anything and set fires with no issue. So this excuse isn't good only for Ohio. Repu has 32mm all over the place (Ohio has the 38mm deck that helps against lower caliber even with ifhe) and yet you don't complain about Repu armour .
