It's total opposite of LoYang. It has some really punchy torps that reload long and dont hit DDs (10km range 65 knt with the module and 18k dmg per torp - same dmg like YY) slow reload on guns but can hit on distance easier than LoYang, Pan-Asian smoke like the rest of the line. The only common thing both have is 5,5km hydro. LoYang is also pretty agile, Siliwangi isn't it's more similar to Grozovoi. concealment is almost even - 5.8km LoYang, 5.9km Siliwangi. Siliwangi has more hp so sometimes it helps but this lack of agility is lethal in some situations.

I remember that it was crazy. If not Nueve heal I would be long dead too. Plus that big island that helped a lot, they tried to chase me around it but the rest of the team finally arrived to fight them back. Nueve has range issue on T9 MM - 13.6km. Hurts.

They're not. They have bombing pattern closer to IJN bombers but are flying at higher altitude. Because of that is harder to aim at maneuvering targets, even BBs.

Sometimes works and sometimes gets crazy. For me it's 50/50.

Seems like they wanna bring some elements from the WoWs Legends into PC. Not looking good for me.

I’ll give you good advice. Stop caring. If you care too much, trying too much and it won’t work cause your team is bad = you will get frustrated - and you'll be mad in chat. I had no chatban since March. It’s not worth your health and time to get nervous and mad. Those bad players especially. Do your job and stop relying on your team , install MM monitor and chose the ones who you want to help and on which one you can rely on, there are some good players that understand the team play. MM monitor will show you. Also the new MM monitor shows the karma of every player, if someone has 0 karma - don’t report him cause he won’t even see it.

Nah. It doesn’t matter. I have a friend that is actually buying things from time to time and got a 3 month ban. And it’ll be growing (the penalty) as long as you won’t stop “insulting” people. Well, calling someone a noob in game these days it’s insult. Whatever. As I said I stopped caring, sometimes I even don’t ping the minimap. My WR isn’t bad at all, I focus on things that I have control over them. This means I stopped also helping the team, because I was getting frustrated when I tried so hard to help but no one seemed to understand what to do. So I’m not helping that much now, just if I see there’s an opportunity or the player is good and it’s worth to help him, guys from good clans is a good info (unlike the one Colonel is in cause... they are really bad, but hey - let’s talk in forum all day and ignore the people in my clan that play utterly bad. Colonel logic) Yesterday I had a battle that I handled on cv alone the whole flank. Ofc guys on other flank called me useless and bad cause I didn’t “help them” (they were 4 ships against 2 and still wanted “help”), while few others who already died and saw me doing good stuff stopping 3 ships from pushing in defended me. I had 2.5k base exp and the guy calling me out only 1.1k. Meh. That’s why I will still keep playing as I play now, not worth helping some kind of people and even responding to them.... waste of time on such “individuals”

It was a question whether divisions can make reports and they count as -3 or just -1 . It was about abusive reports by divisions. Edit: outside of their division.

That's why they changed that so you don't use division to abuse reports. It was very long ago like 2 years ish.

I know, I have it. Though I get good results on it - still I think YY or Asashio torps would be better. Simply such Kitakami will flood smokes and DD will have a nighmare.

Well they released teased USN sub-branch of BBs. So I think Italian ones will be in 2021 ... Which is bad. I would also vote for getting the Italian BBs now and the USN BB split in half a year after...

Midway bombs are more doing much dmg. You wanna make it more crazy? Bad idea. I would suggest something like more accurate torp pattern but will do less dmg. More like Auda but less dmg though you still have 6 torps. Bombs are ok why to buff them even more.
