My 2nd battle on Parseval I did oneshot a Shchors with rockets 12 cits. It was a stock one.

Everyone that is in clan receives them. It's been like that for around 3 years. This is in case you don't have your own T10s but WG doesn't recognize who has T10 or who doesn't have. They just throw them to everybody.

He’s bad CC as he doesn’t care about many bad changes in the game or false advertisement by WG. And here he has some obsession about freedom like many Americans about the current pandemic situation and goes totally crazy like this.

It won’t be changed, they just put for now some random skill with no affect. It’s a “placeholder” until autumn when submarines will be introduced so they’ll replace it with anti sub skill for BBs.

Don’t know if it was sarcasm or not, I know some people don’t use any signals. Mostly such people play cruisers (Zao, DM, Mainz etc) , on BB or DD you have to take some essential signals, I can’t imagine myself playing Harugumo with no speed flag, and what’s the point to play Pomerania secondary build with no the secondary range flag? And try to play Alaska with no heal flag or less fire duration one? You will melt even against a Baltimore (which is not a as crazy in setting fires as many HE spammers that we have now...).

20% less fire duration isn’t nothing. In a BB that’s 12 seconds less fire. And the heal flag also gives you around 2-3k more hp per heal which again also helping. Sometimes I survive the battle on few thousand hp and run away - hence why I have so much solo warriors, not only because of playing CV, 8 of them are on surface ships - 3 on BBs. And not using detonation flag on DD many times made a guaranteed win turn into a loss cause it did a domino effect. There are some less essential flags like 1% more fire chance or 5% better AA, 5% to consumable reload. But I’m not talking about them. Trust me I had just like you in the past around 30% survival rate, now because of the flags got it into 47%.

So you don't use flags in battles? lol. Well maybe you should to make your % of survivability higher.

flags that reduce fire duration, give more commander exp, increase your secondary range or detonation flags - are useless? you trolling?

It's a gr8 T6 DD with good guns and torps, downside is low speed and pretty big size (it feels bigger the the techree one). Worth having.

I knew someone will be mad that they nerfed the range. You still can have 24km range but you have worse dpm. Deal with it

The more people will be talking about it the more pressure will be on WG to act. prove it then.

You are repeating yourself. One dimention thinking. We are talking about something beyond THAT.

He wants a solution now not after hunderds of battles on commanders that are not good for him cause they were specced as the game "thought" they should. Support won't help him now as far as I know. He did say he won't have enough EC XP for all his commanders.

You said what you have said, it didn't help. Cause he has no EC XP. DID YOUR BRAIN get that or not?

I'm not wishing I'm just suggesting and discussing it. WG knows who and when logged in last time so it's not a problem for them. If nobody was reacting to their actions and decisions we would never receive any refound or compensation.

I prefer WG give everyone who played before the commander changes the last time (those who made 1 year or more break) a free respecc to all commanders. Easy.

Why do you assume that he has any? as I said possibly he has no even 19 pointer maybe he has 17 pointer only. Really stop being in denial.

I know that but are you for real that it's anything? you need 190k (as I remember) to reset a 19 pointer. 5% from something like 5k exp it's 250...... so you need like 760 battles to get EC XP to reset one commander... ok dude ok.
