I think for Normandie can somewhat work but the question is how much range they gave maxed out?

Well if it was 1 sub per team like it was in last weekend PTS it would be ok. With 3 per team on PTS first week it was a pain. With 2 it'll lesser pain as I predict but it'll still be a little more chaotic. It really should be 1 per team.

The reload is not good in it, should be like 7 sec. Plus shell ballistics are not like Mogami ones sadly...

I was hoping to see it for free exp... And the amount of steel for it is a bit too high imho. 22k would be ok. @Prophecy82 it doesn't have def AA and the long range is pretty meh dmg

All this discussion was about the T10 and how much you try to avoid them. This like talking about 2 different classes of ships. Zao and Yoshino have close playstyle and are in the same class of ships - cruisers. Your comparison also has nothing to do with the overall discussion. The issue with Yoshino is that many people play it in a way to spam the 20km torps, if they get spotted showing broadside... well they are screwed. So making a claim like Colonel that Yoshino is bad based on server results is unfair for the ship.

So what your percentage of battles on low ones is higher than my one. Stop statpadding and go play T10. I have 37% on low tiers you got almost 70%. I have 3.5 times more battles than you in general but we look at the %. I have more battles on T8-10 (24k) which is 2x you ALL battles. bob. So you can get 3 DDs and 2 subs. Which is also very bad. imho in ranked they should limit the sub to 1 per team. last weekend of PTS we had 1 per team and it was pretty ok. If they want to implement it in randoms they should also make it 1 sub per team or - make the format 14 vs 14.

This is what I'm more into. And this raw number dude with only 19 battles in Zao (Playing 5 years in this game!!) have an audacity to say it's ok based on it's "perfomance" of other people. As I said before : People can play it ? yes. Sometimes they get good battles? yes. Is it nice to play and enjoyable? no, it's a struggle to pull off and good result.

Based on your gameplay "performance" you're the one here to have no clue. Git Gud. Zao needs buffs whether you like it or not. And if you disagree go play it
