Roma for me is better but her Kobayashi camo looks very bad. Kii one is ok, the ship isn't bad at all but Roma is a badass. Especially with that low concealment.

A to jest oczywiste że Halland to nie jest żart jeżeli chodzi o AA. Nawet nie musi być żaden cluster flak, jego ciągły dmg z AA jest super potężny nawet jak ktoś omija flak.

Every other discord that I have access to (where my friends are from different clans) are also fairly active. One of them is even very active no matter what hour of the day (120+ people with 2 subclans which many are working in different hours of the day so there's always someone to play with) If you mean world of warships official discord - well you expect to meet people there after so many WG screws? Nah. -

What discord do you mean? My clan one is fairly active. Not in every hour but in the evening / late afternoon - always. -
Well yes but they are using the "hype" for their advantage. Back then it was nothing to be hyped + there was no T9 premiums for doubloons as they said in the past "no premiums above T8" . Today's situation is different. Although there are ships that you don't need to spend money on to get them (T9 coal ships) and free exp like Azuma or Agir.

Tulsa isn't even in testing yet and it'll take her 2-3 updates from now to get into the Armoury. But that's your coal, you do what you wanna do. -
Bombs are dropped the deck not a turret armour from the side... Maybe if it was skip bombs but still ... Nah.

They are more willing to shut down the business than to change it as the community wants it in general. Even if the community will totally stop buying stuff - WG is more likely to shut down the servers than to change. They are too proud. I'm from Poland and I know their mentality, I don't mean the people working for them but the headquarters. They'll burn down everything behind them just not to accept their failure. Nope. To boost your commander you need elite commander exp. You get it only from missions or when you have a 21 point commander - playing a ship with 21 pointer will transfer his commander exp into elite commander exp. The exp on the ship (premium in particular or from T10s) can be used to turn it into free exp by using dubloons. And then from the free exp can be used as elite commander exp to boost the commander. But I really don't recommend that method cause it's very very expensive. Just be patient, you're a new player and you can't have certain things yet. You need to play a lot to get 21 point commander. But there's no rush. The are 10 point commanders in the armoury for dubloons (1500) use them and advance.

Zależy od tieru (jest pewna minimalna kwota jaką się opłaci że okręt jest w bitwie) i od amunicji. Torpedy dużo kosztują, pociski BB kosztują więcej niż te z krążka czy DD. Jest to oczywiste. Samoloty też kosztują. Pomocnicza także. AA jest darmowe. -
Why such response to Yabbacoe? He is a very decent guy. If you have a problem with WG address to WG and not in that way. Who is the disgusting here?
