Mi się wydaje że ogólnie poziom kapitana bez względu czy ma rozdane pkt czy nie. Niedawno dałem kapitana na okręt bez rozdanych perkow to musiałem przeszkolić, nie było za darmo.

The only thing Hizen needs imho is better reload. 2-3 sec less and it would be ok. If you need range then you can take range upgrade and have 23km which is enough. But the road even with reload upgrade is... Meh.

Haarlem has good AA but the AA master on T8 is still the Cheshire.

See the screen settings in game. If it's full screen windowed then it goes only with 30 fps. Change it to fill screen. At least this was in my case.

Why I don't need to do this? Discord always "recognises" the game in game activity but every few days I have to add it back cause it doesn't turn on game activity after launching the discord.

As I said - not easy. There's a word in Polish "kombinować" and it describes exactly how you have to play it. It has its own limitation and against good players you suffer. You need to utilise Island cover even more than other CVs, use the smoke to strike from it's cover, and utilize the range on torps and skip bombs. Mostly try to attack a target that is busy with other things. I can play on GZ and many times having big influence on the battle. So I'll be doing well on that one too. I'm going to buy it tomorrow.
