I have a book about a IJN submarine who supposed to be unique in it's kind I got the book from a friend it's called ( It's a in Dutch translated book ) called Operatie Storm in English Operation Storm. It is about a sub that was so big that USA didn't know what to do with it. I recall this purely from memory it has been 3 years ago that I read it, so please don't shoot me there will somebody be here who knows more about this then I do

Can we agree that we both have point? The Kursk the biggest sub tragedy and the U 47 for its attack in Scapa Flow? I used the Kursk to have a nice opener for the topic .
