I never before wrote something here.
For some years now I am playing WoWs. Never cheated, never had problems. Never used any mod software.
I am happy with the game and that it is still running on my old hardware.
On the 22nd of march I got a first strike warning via Email and a 3 day ban in the game.
Contacted the support to get some information about the software that got me the ban. The information I got after one day was not useful.
Simply a copy of the rules, but the ban was still on. So I wrote again to the support, to get help. What software should I uninstall to not get banned again after reinstalling WoWs?
Another day passed and I got the link to this forum.
When I read the threads I assume that I can get banned again for no reason. Reinstalling Windows is not an option for me.
Luckily I never paid money for this game...
If I get another strike or a permanent ban, well I guess there are some other great games that are free as well.
But it is very frustrating to get a ban without a proper explanation why!
