Its not about buffing BBs but nerfing Essex and Midway who can kill a T8/T9 and even T10 BBs in one run. Even against Essex my Montana is defenseless. I couldnt kill any of his planes when they were going on me but only after they've dropped. Mid tier carriers deserve some buffs, T7 and T8 I presume. From my experience after nerfs: T4 (Hosho) seems fine to me as I managed to do more dmg there than with some T7/T8 BBs. T5 (Zuiho) was a problem due to all the figter setup Bogues but was still relatively easy. Ryujo was boring so I sold it (fighter setup).

It is because you need to play 1 ranked battle to receive previous rewards. At least it was like that for me in last season. Please, no more new ranked threads. There are like 5-6 threads on the first page already.

It is because of the camouflage we got as a reward for rank 1. Gives 100% more XP. You make money by doing more, taking less damage and winning. Sounds simple but it is not

If I recall correctly NC has like 90 rating with AA captain skills (and equipment), but you should not pay too much attention to ratings, but the AA range and DPS. If you retrain your Amagi captain for Izumo, you won't be able to bring it back to Amagi without any penalty unfortunately. If you have a premium IJN ship I suggest you start training a new captain for Amagi

There is/was a 10 mil reward credits for rank 1, and 100 skins that are normally worth 30 gold each. Also in the first season of ranked those who reached rank 1 got Kitakami, but it seems like those who reached in in 2nd season wont get a thing... even though that ship reward was one of the main reasons I started playing ranked more in s2.

Could you at least say which DD spotted you? Also was he in smoke before that? Dont look at camo ratings, because just like yours changes with skills so can the opponent ratings, and, in your port, when checking it for ships you do not hav, of course its gonna show a lower rating because that ship doesnt have a trained captain.

Well, it mostly happens when people buy premium ships on tiers they have not reached and are not experienced enough for yet. I am not saying Atlanta is good, but watching some youtube videos/guides/reviews might help. I think the best you can do with it is get AFT and then move with your teammates. It can be a pain in the a*s when faced like that because you will get focused rarely then.

Actually they were closed beta preorder ships or something like that, just like certain tanks in WoT that were never on sale again. But as I said, I do not mind them being sold again. Tbh I'd prefer them to be added to the tech tree and be available all the time, instead of an overpriced bundle they will probably come in.

You can still get citadelled from the front like every BB, but it rarely happens and by Yamatos in most cases. Basically yeah, similar to Iowa in that way. Use mostly the 6 frontal guns and show only your "nose" to them. Also the gun disperion is quite good and often you will have a few shells flying into the same spot. Well, for me it is the Tirpitz (got it recently) , but Murmansk is one of the best choices since it has low repair cost.

We also know the world end is coming in a few billion years. I'm guessing project R will come to EU a few days before it...

1) Dont listen to some forum whiners, every normal player will tell you that Izumo (with 2nd or last hull) is a really good and strong ship. 2) All I'm gonna say is that for me, after unlocking and playing Yamato, all the other ships are just somebody that i used to know. 3) I recommend keeping it if you like the ship and plan to play Ranked. 4) I played it and finished the grind without last hull and fcs, while the upgraded propulsion is a good thing on that ship. Izumo itself is crap when stock. Has bad penetration and turns really slow, but with upgraded hull (2nd) it gets better penetration and AA (secondaries as well) and with the 3rd hull you get better AA and rudder shift time. What I did was skip the first hull and just go for the last in order to save credits (first is 4 mil and second is 5 mil if i recall correctly). It took me a few battles ro get used to the ship due to its turrets, but you will find out it is a really strong T9 and most of the bad stuff you've read are not true + you get to play the Yamato after it. Also it has around 30 sec turret traverse with captain skills which is just amazing for a BB. I hope I helped and sorry for grammar mistakes (typing on my phone)

Noticed it a few times myself, but I do not see a big deal in it, just angle a bit more. Atago has really good rudder shift time anyway

True, my English isn't the best when typing on phone, because there is no correction, I try to type as fast as I can and I get my words mixed up sometimes (from 4 different languages), but still, maybe as a non native English speaker some English phrases or just the way some English people use various synonyms and it really looks like you guys are using it to try to offend someone without him realizing it. This is particularly what I've meant. I never said that, and it really looks to me like you are trying to imply that I would say something so dumb. EDIT: I just tried being constructive and maybe help balance the game out a bit more. The idea I got was just a flash and I wanted to write it down asap. Thought it seemed like a good idea and much better than some previous one I've read.

Who is everyone? I mostly see British guys on ENGLISH forum. Check some other forums and see if they are as desperate as you blindly believe they are. Of course I'd like to see RN. But a lot of people are reall overexaggerating.

1) I dont know about your hydroacustic, but mine has 3 charges and it is not even closely enough for me to cover me and my mates throughout 20 minutes with it. 2) You are blessed if you know when you have 2 torp walls incoming and activate hydroacustic on time to avoid them, because I dont. Also, I use AA ability on most of my cruisers as I do not really enjoy having an Essex or Midway chase me. 3) Read again what I wrote. I said xo and credit bonuses for "tanking" You are right, I obviously suck and need to l2p. Maybe you can take an hour or two to teach me?

Please stop doing it when you quote me. You take on of my sentences, take it too literally and then blow it out of proportion. If you didn't understand what I wanted to say, let me simplify it. A lot of CA players have been complaining on how OP BBs are and how BBs "easily" dodge torps by pressing A or D once while poor CAs have no chance of dodging incoming BB fire. Now, if it is really like that (I know it isn't) all I suggested was a 1-2 sec buff to CA rudder shift time, not only for incoming BB fire but also torps which are a bit harder to dodge now. Bad idea? Ok, then just say so. There is no need to try making me sounds like the biggest idiot here.
