I was getting confused lol, when you said they only had 6. I heard the stock bombers have better Aim time (not sure about that) compared to the 6 drop. I seem to hit with them consistently and because of that my torp skills in the japanese cv's are much better. Watching that Midway game gave me better ideas on how i can approach bb's now with them. In my third game i managed to sink a shima after forcing it to go forward with my previous drop (which one torp ironically hit him lol as he tried to dodge). Again not too sure about stock bombers having better aim.

The stock bombers only drop 4. Look 'w' go to 2:30 and you will see what i mean. oh and will you ever play miss lexi again?

Was about to suggest league of legends but just re read. Guess there isnt lol. Not many peeps play this game anyways. Also seems like poltava might be reverted back to stage 1 testing and maybe buffed in some way judging from the lastest review of her.

Does midway play the same as lexi or somewhat different? also should i upgrade to the 6 drop torp bombers or not?

Well i got enough exp for shokaku, still need exp and moneh for midways hvar fighter bombers. also when does that event end is it the 15th this month?

Also keep in mind if you do meet a good, very good or above cv player and they want you dead its more a case of when rather than if and dodging can actually help (depending on the plane type) set them up for a decent or perfect second strike. this is regardless of the ship your playing. But sadly there is no hard counters to cv’s atm (not sure if there ever will be) so just pray that the cv player is average, below, bad or worse as dodging and flak heavy aa can help mitigate or even ocassionsly stop a strike (player has to be exceptionally bad or not paying attention for that to happen more than once). or pray thats its also a royal navy cv as they have low alpha strikes (except ark royal) compare to their peers.

True, internet anonymity allows you too be far more of an arse than usual or ever. Then you get some streamers who are toxic in general (not just wows streamers im talking about the more mainstream streamers). mind you if forum toxicity goes down due to most of it being contained in one thread i dont mind that. compared to other forums the wows is very tame compared to places like 4chan or reddit (bulletin boards i know but still). the sub discussion thread will most likely end up the same way as the cv thread is at somepoint (give 8 months or so).

Dunno, i just post here when im bored or want advice with cv’s. you could apply your statement to the whole forum really. And even the wider human race in general, in most aspects. just human things i guess.

Eh i dropped a belfast, got one citadel and one over pen despite perfect alignment and drop. I think i dropped to high against the fat french boute. Still i have no idea how the kgv could lose such an easy fight. i lost killing 3 ships and doing almost 100k damage. lost another game doing 108k damage and 4 kills (team thought brawling and suiciding in light cruisers was a gud idea). only just researched that aim skill for cv’s so im hoping the ap bombers will be a lil better. i also ran out of time. ’w’

Mid range tier ships would be noice to have, makes me wonder if cv’s and subs will ever arrive in the armoury? oh well.

God i hate ryujus AP bombers even when perfectly aligned theres a chance it wont pen citadel. f’ed up my last shot against a lyon (although a large chunk of the reticle was on the lyon). Didnt realise the time either, somehow our kgv at 57k hp vs the same lyon at 32k hp and obviously the kgv losses (i have no clue how, unless broadsiding and getting citadelled every salvo, couldn’t even kill the lyon left him at 2k hp healed to 11k, put him down to 7k, just miss last shot with bombers). once i get the shokaku im defo selling the fecking thing. ironically enough i only just unlocked the skill to allow it to aim quicker as well but that was after my fourth match with her. i hope the ap bombs on poekeku arent as fiddly, otherwise ill question as to why the things are even there. there we go semi-rant over.

nah fam you forgot the 15 508mm's and 20 305mm secondaries plus kremlin AA x 10 plus HP and 80% torp reduction. Also change the name to 'Moscow' and you have glorious balans. Or Super leander with 4sec reload guns and 15km range plus 100mm belt and 27mm bow and aft armour with mino AA and superheal Just name it 'ivan' Balans!

Guess you dont understand since he spawned no where near his ‘teammates’ and they took off else where. It only takes 35-40 secs for a cv to strike a ship even quicker if the ship is moving towards a cv. also those two bb’s have trash aa in general so would of made a difference. jUSt dODgE or sTAy nEaR tEAmMaTEs. the above only works of the cv is shite if not and said player isnt in a RN cv then r.i.p i wish aa was good enough to prevent strikes like pre rework aa used to do.
