Ahh ok, im not familiar with IFHE at all, since i still don't have it some other needed light cruisers yet. But yeah superstructure and fires was something i was mainly pointing out. I play mostly mobile and fast BB's and prefer them to the more tanky ones as they have more flexibility and can get out of situations better, they also tend to have better stealth. Plus they kinda play like chunky cruisers too.

Both are annoying to deal with, i would say smolensk because of fires and potential 19km range and maybe even IFHE meaning you can't angle against the shells. They become even more of an issue when you can't turn because there are some angreh bb's nearby (although that would be your own fault in terms of positioning but then it also depends if you need to push there to stall them or whatever.) Ships like monarch, georgia and jean bart don't handle such ships well so running away and kiting is a must (if you can't kill them for whatever reason).

The game is make believe so whats your point? Your not going to find any real plans yourself unless you get permission from the russian gov and thats if they actually have any plans for cv's to begin with, the ones i posted are litterally your best bet. Regardless seeing another CV line is pratically going to a null issue since wargaming know they f'ed up and pouring more resources into said f'up would be a waste of time.

Germans would be the most likely candidate for a new cv line, then the french after that who knows. Maybe second british, us or ijn lines too.

GZ’s ap bombers work if you go from the side not head on, due to how the reticle works. Plus she has better carry potential than implacable.

I play for fun by being good, as i don't see the point in ruining the game for others and also don't detract any satisfaction from being bad (also with my mind it makes no sense). Winning and doing well is why i even bother playing along with checking stats, otherwise i wouldn't bother and with UA:D coming along any 'funsies' i have that i want to do i just play that instead. Like a game i had with a balansgrad in my jeanbart and while our team took their bloody time we managed to hold of over 5+ ships and the rest of their team camped uselessly or fled to teh borders. We even lost our DD's and they still had two left but they were so bad they contributed nothing in the end (mogador and shima) and ended up dying. So yeah my fun is too be good and also to win. Otherwise if i can't do one of those i would bin this game in a heartbeat.

omfg, the hermes has too litterally be the most useless CV ever. Why does it have 18mm's pen on its HE bombers? and why didn't it get buffed like hosho and langley? I hope the furious is better too be honest. Love how BB's are immune to the bombs unless you start fires on them 8.0% fire start soo much for focusing on DOT lmao. jesus christ.

Aww, she has a funny face too... I actually have no clue what DD line i want to go up in. I gave up with germany because i got frustrated with doing little damage (but having decent winrates). Might go for french and maybe british or russian.
