Full secondary republic build. Seems to work in some cases from what i've seen myself so far.

They could just rework the entire captain skill system, and have it so that captains and officers area thing or do something like mechwarrior online or path of exile, little stat boosts here and there and maybe some changes to some things. Or both.

Im still kinda sad that they made the entire british line so braindead when they could of made them excellent AP ships with meh armour and also great active survivability (Heal Party, Damage con faster etc).
