I wouldn't say they are OP or very strong ships, scharnhorst is an allrounder but excels at nothing and cleveland is just a island humper like the rest of the USN CL line, requiring certain events to occur for her to be useful otherwise good luck hitting anything kiting away or that isnt slow and unaware. Not saying they are incomperable to their russian counterparts, but better examples would be Belfast at tier 7 plus nelson and irian. Or amalfi and bayard. They can do things but there are better examples of stronger ships.

I just laughed out loud when i saw the title. But yeah, teams are horruendous even if i won 5/6 games yesterday, the enemy positioning was god awful half the time.

Yeah you had torp boats, corvettes and frigates plus heavy dd’s. Just none of them are in game yet (think of kamchatka when you think of Torpboats xD)

Yeah if you can get into a kiting position can be pretty strong, but her highly awkward turret arrangement plus accuracy, plus fat citadel makes her easy to citadel. Make sure to angle well and turn out broadside after the shells hit. I found the peter tier 5 to be worse than izmail. Gets much better at sniop. But yeah she’s a good tank and support bb. Use AP mostly, its rare that you will need to use HE only do so on angle targets even so AP should be fine.

Was that during testing or soon afterwards? I remember when cv’s first came out and they were completely mental. I cant remember if that changed existed during or after testing.

I have no clue honestly didnt play much rts cvs (around 300 games or so include this and my steam account). I doubt it would do much harm to bring it back however.

Carriers used to have BB fire rates and also the fires would prevent planes from taking off as well (experienced this enough times my self lol). Dunno why they got rid of that.

True, thats a lot easier. I would've still taken the chance though. And the thing is weegee learnt to never nerf premiums ever so neither of those things will ever occur, that opportunity to move guilo up a tier was well a test not just for this game but to potentially see if they could do the same to tanks (it bloody needs it as well, game is mental at this point). Also i think cc's can still get access to the ships stats before release, but if the im right in understanding the message, they can't be discussed until the final version or release which causes its own headaches. I know wargaming makes some very stupid and highly questionable choices, but in some incidencies you have to give some credit to some of the things they have done (even if they totally messed up the execution see: puerto rico event). Also they did the above a few times in world of tanks and faced massive backlash so i was surprised to see them actually start to nerf premiums (which ironically would of lead to enterprise and the other mental cv's with being nerfed).

Too be honest, if they had to move it up a tier i wouldn't of minded, at least that would be one less silly ship at tier 5 in general. I wouldn't mind if weegee nerfed prems to keep them in line with silver ships. Oh well, too late now. Reminds me of the superpersh scandel when the community went mental and actually forced refunds from weegee when they changed superpershes stats. that was in what 2014? now the superpersh may as well cry in a corner.

I appreciate the effort, its just the lack of stats makes it hard to do a proper comparison atm. Still i would wait for about 2 weeks maybe a month to get a decent comparison.

Think they did this in world of tanks as well. Too be honest id rather CC's also focus on other content, like guides for ships, maps, classes etc. As well as new ships. Atm its either random replays that i could careless about half the time or new ships, sometimes with whatever content goes with them. Except ichase who is actually making several guides so far.

@Miragetank90 haku has a high skill floor and a very high skill ceiling meaning your own skin and experiemce will greatly align with how well you perform with, also making sure to use dem bombers on cruisers if you can and rest on dds and bb’s (think you can torp dd’s quite well with haku torps). midway is a mid skill floor with a high skill ceiling meaning she has the ability to greatly influence a match but she is more forgiving. audacaious seems to fall in the low-med skill floor to med-high skill ceiling like midway she can greatly influence a battle but she is not as flexible and lacks the alpha input and speedy planes that midway uses. but even then you will get players that find suiciding useful for some reason which can quickly turn the tables in general. even more so when you best players are in ships that arent highly influential to begin with and the tomatoes in high influence ships in general.

i couldn't be arsed getting pasted ryujo, i know haku has great carry potential but midway has some excellent flexibility herself. plus the overwhelming majority of the playerbase is trash so even with haku it isn't a huge gurantee that you will win, since you still have to rely on your teammates to damage ships and maybe even spot them plus cap places half the time.

Ahh, pizz should done the grind to get miss london. :/ Oh yeah about the IFHE changes is it worth getting it for perth or la galissionaire? I was still able to deal with two CA's almost by my self but still. Wish we had a Tier 8 monarch grind that was more AP focused and had a few other differences to make her worthwhile as well (better armour, better heal, better ROF, Better mobility etc (not all in go lol just one or two and maybe nerfing one or two other aspects) idk i just want a tier 8 british bb that looks like monarch is a prem and has noice gunz and something else to go with it).
