Which leads to the predictable turning broadside allowing a tallin to simply citadel a mogami multiple times. Plus her fragile 155mm turrets which can (and i've and done and seen) be destroyed even at longer ranges), albeit somewhat rare at those ranges. Too be honest id rather have a charles martel too be honest, she would be able to burn the bugger down while also being a major troll. Maybe, but thats assuming the mogami has the adv in everysingle fight and for whatever bizzare reason ends up in a 1v1 fight with the tallinn. Also the Mogamis armour is questionable and bow on against each other i doubt a mogami would win assuming both are at full hp. Also her 155's can easily be knocked out so she can easily lose a straight up brawl, i guess at range the tallin would win but then you have concealment so why fight at range? And her 203's arent know for spitting tonnes of shells out per min. also im not sure if she needs IFHE as well. I know tallin isn't mental, but i seriously doubt mogami could best one implying both are driven by very skilled players.

Yeah, but total DPM is if you have uninterrupted and 100% accuracy and firing time on the enemyships. Otherwise most of the time its a pure theory, since you almost never get anywhere near the figure plus its only value is in a 1v1 fight. I get your point but its like the is-6. It had a stupid amount of DPM but could never realise that most the time due to the fact its gun was bad at penning the frontal armour of most tier 9 heavies and some tier 9 mediums (that was before weegee spammed premiums). Also you have to take into kiting, distance, enemy ship, your own skill and positoning etc.

Around 4km for surface ships and maybe slightly more planes to assist in AA operations. Could also give them 75mm’s or similar calibers guns mayber 57mm’s but they would have reload below 2 secs mostly if under 1 second or similar to heavy machine gun fire, and they have non existant shell arcs but very fast velocity and pretty low damage and avg to low ranges. I would give them good heals maybe as well.

The website design of maplesyrup is absolutely god awful and needs to redone, some bloody travesty you would expect from the mid 1990's, no need to have websites like that now. Not sure why no one has taken up the task to do the same stuff that place does but with a better UI, More coherent stat structure and beating the competition. Oh well.
