If you weren't in operations... was there another clan member in battle for the same class of ships at the time? That would raise the bar if they completed the battle before you did.

Yes, run the installation manually. No need to uninstall the Modstation first, just run it the installer (same path overwriting the old version) and it will fix the problem.

Periodically alt-tabbing does not incur the penalty. I dont', though, know if it keeps track of how often you alt-tab out or not. I alt-tab at times, I get the flashing warning, I get back into game and I have not gotten any penalties AFAIK.

I don't know how to break this to you... but the game doesn't seem to have any real AA to speak of. Why do we need cruisers that specialize in being useless?

I downloaded and ran the Modstation setup (Wizard thing). After that the Modstation worked again. Some of the mods have not been updated, though, so you may need to check back in a few days' time.

I just can't help wondering what percentage of the players have liked the BP so far and automatically started buying it without (foolishly) looking up the changing details?

The one thing that deters me the most with practically all these 'events' and 'missions' and other content WG is now 'offering' is that I don't really want to put money down for the luxury of having to dance to someone else's tune. I prefer to play, the little I play any more, at my own pace and playing content of my own choosing.

No, personally, I expected us to get screwed over when they introduced the concept of the BP. I think many others shared that sentiment at the time when we switched over from the old reward system to this one.
