    This game has really gone down the drain in the past 3 years or so. What happened? Somebody unplugged the master bathtub at Lesta? It's like they are actively trying to undo all the work that the original devs put into it. We've seen the infamous CV rework = BAD, and the map rework = BAD, and the captain skill rework = BAD. To top it all, or perhaps rather bottom it all, their latest folly the dastardly subs = BAD BAD BAD. Guys, I really could use a hug now.

    Never seen any other type of spawning as far as I can remember. If I had a choice, the team would spawn in line ahead instead of line abreast. The operations offer the best spawn formation in the whole game.

    Had a quick look around the web myself. Planned rate of fire being 1.25 rounds per minute, with a trained crew equaling about 40 seconds. Wikipedia states 1.5 to 2 rounds per minute, so the in game value of 30 seconds is close to being realistic, although maybe a little too optimal. Going below 30 seconds takes us to the realm of fantasy, though.

    Yeah... for the most part the spawn pattern is awful, except for the operations which is kind of funny. I think it's probably due to the maps having the cap zones why they've done that, but it really is a suboptimal solution even for those. The thing is, for the standard battles you need to have a spread, for the domination mode you may benefit more from the two flank approach, but the spawn pattern is the same for both. And most of the time it makes zero sense which ships get to spawn where, you just have to be thankful you don't spawn on an island.

    Hmm.. I remember the reload time, at least for the Yamato guns being around 1½ minutes or so.

    My guess is that as the Japanese BB's are one of the very first lines in the game, they had different aspirations back then. Sadly we've all seen what's come afterwards.

    Wow. I only managed it once. Of course I had my Missouri, a fortress of American steel whle Flamu was sailing some sad rusty tin pot... what was it called.. Moskcow or something like that. It sank pretty well, though, have to say.

    Yeah... I often wonder about the time it takes to get unspotted. It feels much longer these days, just waiting for the concealment sphere to reset to normal, but I've also been hit after it has shrunk... even though I had changed course. So makes me wonder....

    I don't have the range module, both types showed up on the crosshair as 31.84 km without it with the spotter plane up. Apparently it is the range module if there is a bug.
