Honestly haven't the foggiest. I got it, and lots and lots of others with torps and without. Most have just dropped from some container IMO, as I haven't gone out and tried to get them. Some have been tied to some events, I think. But mostly I'd say this type just drops from the containers. You need to flag some WG staff member for more info.

Those are just butt ugly.... ... I wonder.. will they be introducing a less crappy line of emblems for collectors of Premium ships? You know, 100, 150... so on.. and on... in which case it really would have to something spectacular to fit the Royal Splendour (do note the Brit spelling!) of the Princes of Whales. -

For my Nagato it is. Mostly overpens and nonpens, occasionally richochets and even a pen. Few of those are citadels. Perhaps I'm too good a player and the RNG is adjusted for me personally? I am starting to feel special already!

I've noticed the same about that radar, not very useful for caps or for supporting team mates. Possibly only usefull if an enemy DD gets spotted within radar range and thinks it is a good idea to puff up smoke and start spamming HE at you.

It could be that if you get to pick your favorite ships all the time it feels like fun not like a chore. Having to use repeatedly ships you absolutely have horrible time with, like the time gated campaign for me, feels like a chore meaning it requires considerable effort to drag yourself through it and not give up and go play the ships you actually like. Having to think which ships to play has always been part of doing the directives for me. It really only becomes a problem when you start to run out of the better choices across board. Just my two cents. -
