Well, it is easy to miss things in battle. At least with me, I'm focusing more on the side the enemy is on rather than what's behind me.

Well yes and no. It's possible to use them sarcastically or non-sarcastically. Same as the typed equivalent 'GG'. Personally, I use 'good game' both ways... but don't tell anyone. However, the F10 command I never use sarcastically. I mean it as a compliment either to my team, team mate, or the enemy team.

I mostly use SAP. If you can hit the broadside of another cruiser, I'd go with AP then.

Some people prefer quick battles, or so I've heard pointed out on the forums at least... I usually would like a 15 to 20 min battle. But if I'm in a hurry, a cruiser will do nicely for a quick 2 min battle. Cruisers are tricky unless you do what most people seem to do, park yourself behind an island, use smoke and start spamming a BB and leave your team mates to their own devices. I rather like to play most cruisers as support ships which, IMO, is what they are supposed to be. That doesn't always make sense in terms of team play though, like if you have a full AA build cruiser. As for support, which ships would it be best to support? Sometimes I think it's your DD's, sometimes your BB's. But as @domen3 pointed out, there are a lot of different cruisers, and I guess some of them are more suited for one thing than the other.

Submarines are yellow! Don't really wan't see submarines in randoms, even though they did sometimes sink warships, too. But then again, if the games not a realistic portrayal of naval warfare, why should we have subs.

Since WoT has the 'Anonymizer' or something, yeah, something could be done about it.

WoWS ships have anti-locking ABS. They can stop on a dime and turn like hovercraft (mine is always full of eels).

When you click that 'Player Support' from the toolbar and it takes you to PS, do you still see your user name in top right corner?

Apart from say the Yamato, and some of the actual performance-wise capable cruisers, I tend to use those mostly for specific missions such as the Naval Battles. I guess I also like having those tier X ships for their 'Psychological value'. Mind you, if you compare WoWS to WoT, tier X seems a lot more useful here.

Why do they play high tiers then? Some kind of psychology thing? I like some of them because they were historical ships or have something good about their performance. Economywise they suck. Tactically they suck (maps way too small for them). The best games are always on mid tiers.
