Oh, that would be priceless...
-
Quite pathetic. Will we at least get a free online access to the latest Ministry of Truth edition of 'Forbidden, banned, or otherwise hurtful words and expressions'.
-
16,507 battles tells me you already like it.
-
Let's see what other names might be suitable... Munckins Chipmunks Lollipops Cotton Candy Crowd Chokoshokos... Waffly Wallies ... Don't get me started on names including Willies...

If I was able to dip my finger in the modding waters, I'd be tempted to launch a mod that changed all the in-game references to World of Warships to World of Snowflakes. And, no, the Snowflakes at HQ wouldn't like it one bit I bet.
-
Possibly, but then this would be a problem with MM if it were to group slower ships together with faster ships. If it did so, tacticwise the slower ships would need to group up for the slower, defensive flank but most often you see your team mates scattered around like a flock of hens in this game.

Daily Shipments still flooding in?
Karasu_Browarszky replied to Karasu_Browarszky's topic in General Discussion
Got it, cheers! So we can expect the daily shipments to keep coming in till 28 Oct. Except regular ones, of course, or 'control group'.... -
Well, I get that if the maps were too big for slow ships with limited gun range it could be kind of awkward. They could have made smaller maps, on the other hand, in five years or so they still haven't managed to develop maps large enough for the high tier battles so... perhaps it is best to remain somewhat sceptical...

Sadly, WG completely overlooked the pre-dreadnaught era, and even the dreadnaught era is presented in a way that is clearly deficient in comparison to its historical relevance.
-
Ooh my. Something tells me we aren't allowed to discuss Minsk, unless.. you were talking about the DD, right?
-
Sure, comrade, sure....
-
This is the equivalent of the Moth ball fleet though...
-
Suggest the game also gets renamed WORLD of SNOWFLAKES
-
The Pan-European tree could use some additions, though.
-
Well, that logic would remove many ships in the Pan-Asian tree... ilikewise t would also remove Tashkent because it is an Italian DD, not something the Soviets built. Shipbuilding has always been kind of an international venture. The last surviving British built battleship in the world is.. the Mikasa.

Is this the SC group? -
There might be some suitable choices based on launch years here.. some are very familiar perhaps... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_major_surface_ships_of_the_Turkish_Navy

Only knew of this mission from this thread.. guess this really is a leaked secret mission! I chose 'As Easy As Possible'... cause.. I like things nice and simple. Worked like a charm. What secret mission, comrade?

Who knows, WeeGee might announce in the next patch notes this has been an unprecedented success but it still needs further testing. 'In order to ensure stability of test conditions for the most reliable results, current grouping will be retained till further notice'.... -

I need to wear glasses, when I take my specs off, I see two middlefingers... bonus! I truly am one of the chosen ones... -
The problem with the tactical attitude (somewhat 'campy' as it often is) is it's usually won by the team that manages to outspot or surprise the other. Or just plain outsmart the enemy... At least the charge is faster, there's nothing I hate more than slow defeats. For obvious reasons, I'd never expect a charge to work unless you first make sure you are doing it where the enemy is weaker than your push. This is the major failing in WoT as far as I'm concerned, in most cases (or with most teams) there's really no way of knowing that.
