Thought this over, I don't actually want any Black Ships myself (I want Grey Ships), so I think my course of action should be easy to decide should I run into any risk of getting Black Ships.

Correct. The problem is that sometimes the reviews don't all agree. I guess that is the reading behind the lines bit, or some other method of trying to figure out how the ship would work for you.

Except if you find out it turned out to be a ship you didn't really want.

Remotely practical? Yes, but I would expect all non CV players to leave it unticked, and all the CV players to tick it. Capital idea, but let's improve on it. I'd say it would be even more practical for randoms?

And Khaba has a disastrous concealment value. The thing is, that concealment becomes a non-issue as soon as you, the enemy, or both of you decide to fire your guns. Of course, add to that planes and radar and it becomes even less of an issue.

Halland wouldn't be my first choice either, except over the Friesland. Had to use both for the temporary campaign, and out of those two I actually favoured the Halland.

Halland must be good at something as I myself struggle with it, yet I've been able to top the scoreboard with my Halland. Go figure.

I previewed the Yamato special camos once, and when the special camo toggle is off, the previewed showed a somewhat stylish grey pattern that looked better IMO than the regular permacamo. However, with the toggle on they don't have any appeal for me. The thing is, if they were selling a regular permacamo like that, I might even buy it. I'm not buying the regular Japanese permacamo for my Yamato though.

No. If you got any camo equipped the ship will be shown as having a camo. When the toggle is off, a more regular design is shown instead. The toggle only works for you, though, if others have the special toggle on, they keep seeing the special camo. This is good to keep in mind when you are buying permacamos. Some of the 'special' camos look really good with the toggle off... but... with the toggle on, they look like garbage IMO.

I assume for the regular camos. I've never tried to use this feature on those various reward and bonus camos, though. Is it possible to have those set on auto-resupply, and if it is, would that be for credits or doubloons and at what cost?

Hmm.. remind me what is that 'in game currency'?

I'm tempted to suggest that the camo concealment bonus is under most circumstances a must only for the DD's, not for the other classes. The reason for this is, that no matter how good a concealment bonus the other classes have, they will still be spotted just as quickly either by enemy DD's having better concealment even with no camo on, or by enemy planes.

You are playing World of Snowflakes, after all. Mustn't hurt the little snowflakes' feelings. Seriously on topic, though, even I don't approve of downright insulting behaviour or use of slur words in game use for personal attacks against other players. It just seems that a lot of people don't have any common sense.

The only way I can see newbies do that, though, is if they are willing spend some dough on Free XP conversion. Curiously, Free XP conversion is far from being 'free' in this game.
