As before, but in this format it became exclusive enough to make me fail.

Sadly, I don't have the skills to carry a team load of potatoes in one battle after the next.

If the rational is that the Ranked battles should be the preserve of the above average players and highly skilled players only, then the change makes sense... sort of. It seems some people can manage with the new system, while I for one cannot. The conclusion then is that my skills are sub par even for the Bronze league... For me, personally, the rewards have been a nice bonus, and the Ranked season flag has been my 'primary' reward in the sense of being able to display that achievement in battle (important to me, as unlike most flags we are rewarded, the Ranked Season flags have in most cases had some real historical connection and context behind them). With the current change in effect, I'm now denied both the rewards and the 'sense of achievement' as it were.

That's what I thought too, but I got confused because for some event we had 1900 base XP missions, and I can't remember if those were 'in one battle' or not, but I never cleared those IIRC. Logically, of course, as we have one with 'in one battle' and the others are not, they should add up over multiple battles. In which case, this is not what could be keeping OP from clearing these missions.

TBH the wording is a little unclear, does it effectively mean get 1200 base XP in one battle (win)? In which case if you fall short it won't count.

Daily missions seem to be working normally for me too.

I didn't. I got too many strings of bad matches, and I'm never the one to save the star. Possibly, as in the old system, if there hadn't been a weekly reset, and if I had kept pushing and pushing, I might have eventually reached Bronze rank 1.

I've played the old style ranked for several seasons, what I'm saying I could achieve something then, and what I'm thinking if someone thought that it was too easy then as it allowed me and other more or less average players achieve something other than heightened levels of frustration and disappointment.

I didn't mean that, I meant if the idea was to frustrate people to persuade them to give up ranked, or, specifically, certain type of players.

I played every day initially when it started. I peaked at rank 3 in Bronze league. Admittedly, was so frustrated after about five days of trying to reach rank 1 that I gave up. Then came the reset, and I was back at rank 7 and never looked at it since then. Is this 'working as intended'? Depends on your definition of a bad player. I am below average, yet was able to get a sense of achievement with the old ranked system which I'm now denied. If WG planned to get below average to average players out of ranked altogether, why bother with three tier league system at all, unless it is set up for some other reason.

I can't even manage Bronze, because every few days WG kicks the ladder and I tumble back down to rank 7. This is pathetic, as in the old ranked system I could reach rank 15 playing half asleep, rank 10 with a little more effort, and even reach rank 7 if I was lucky and willing to try hard enough. Thanks WeeGee, for ruining yet one more game mode.

Why not two of them! The 1905 Kamikaze-class and the 1935 Shiratsuyu-class could both be added. HMS Sheffield would be an interesting addition as she was also assigned on Murmansk convoy duty. Apparently one of my more distant cousins served on HMS Sheffield at the time, an 'extended' family connection always makes a ship especially interesting to me. Personally, while not much of a cruiser player, I'd like to see Tre Kronor/Göta Lejon make it into the game.

With some ships you can still think it.. okay, it's RNG and terrible dispersion... and sometimes I think it is RNG that makes some salvos land like on a penny, and others go completely amiss.. or maybe it's not RNG and RNG is just something WG pulled out of their.. hat to try and explain Desync and other server related problems... or am I just imagining things? Tinfoil looks very stylish, no?....

In that case it makes perfect sense. While a roll back wouldn't remove a box, it would replace it with another that might drop something completely different. However... FTFY. You really need to use a spell checker, mate.

On the plus side, if you chose the manual refund you won't lose your progress. I chose the rollback, and I lost about a week's progress in game due to that. Not a huge setback, as we weren't yet doing any major event like the Dockyard that is now ongoing.

The server is fine as well, about 35 ms for me on average. You could check for overheating etc, when have you last cleaned up your case filters?

Personally, I'm not as interested in those bundle flags, what I'd want to see one or both of these things: 1) Ability to change ship's ensign to another national ensign (similarly to the tiny little flags you can pay for in WoT). 2) Ability to fly clan flags (similarly to the clan emblems you can create in WoT). I don't mind if they also import those wheelies from WoT here, preferably all of them.
