Hmm.. did the update install properly, or did you get some wacky error message?

Keeping them out requires a little team effort, you can't leave any flank unguarded. I got my five stars in a BB (Bayern), I was mostly in the mid map position progressively reaching further out, accompanied by another BB. No time to go back for repairs, though. Before the end I got hit by torps and sunk by the enemy Izumo, but the team was up to the task, thankfully!

Has to be, because despite all odds even I was finally able to achieve full 5 stars for it! As for the operations, do not pay for the unlock, if you haven't enough ships in rotation use the time to play randoms or whatever to grind up more ships you can use. In 30 minutes you can play about 1 to 2 battles in randoms.... or about 10 if you are like me...

Bummer.

Usually, I've noticed the regular updates start in the background after closing the game, but for some reason these updates don't work like that.

32+megabytes (or was it gigabytes, I always confuse those...), SSD, about 15 mins in all. But if you were planning on one quick battle...

Unticking the boxes does not help, at least not once the download has started. Not sure if it were different if you were to untick the update boxes under the settings the day before...

Asashio was always a one trick pony, and I would argue that is more of a weakness now than what it was originally. In the old days it was definitely a torpedo specialist's weapon, but somehow I think to make it work well you need to have better than average gunnery skills as well.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but somehow the ships removed as being too popular or combat efficient somehow lost their popularity and efficiency in between the time they were removed and reappeared in Satan Crates... ... while having magically increased their sale potential and profit margins in the process. The Spirit of Christmas truly is a wondrous thing!

What about Lenin? Don't they love the Soviet Union any more there? TBH, if they are also removing Nelson, both ships have the gun layout in common... wonder what we can read into this.

By this time it seems I'm too much over the barrel to enjoy the fast paced exciting, fun and engaging action at WoT (wheelies), so I'm thankful of what I can still do in WoWS. Having said that, I have to also confirm that WoWS is one of the biggest disappointments out there in terms of that 'lost opportunity and wasted potential' that we've touched on this forum previously. Seeing scummy money grabbing (which is called monetisation if you want sanitize the expression) does not in any way entice me to spend more of my pennies on this game, but, overall, the most compelling reason to reduce my spending has to do with the fact that I see no point in actually paying and encouraging things that I don't want from this game.
