WG has been secretly testing a bright neon coloured arrow for the past couple of years. It hovers directly above the DD and directs enemy fire as in 'Shoot Here'. I happen to be privy to this test for a reason I cannot disclose publicly.

Likewise... although I do sometimes take a cruiser into randoms and go for a quick one ... a very quick one... It seems your ship is called 'Colbert', which always surprises me because I always expect to see a very different ship when I see that name.

I'd restart on the Japanese DD line if I were you. Granted, it is not as much fun the second time (due to reasons...), but I did it so it is relatively doable without going incredibly insane. In the current meta, actually, it makes more sense to reset DD lines than BB lines, not to mention cruiser lines but individual perceptions may vary.it.) You too?

That is a valid point too, I'm currently on premium time, but I'm also interesting in making my game 'self sufficient' in terms of being playable without the benefit of premium time. In effect, can't answer your question, because, conversely, not needing the premium time has two immediate benefits: no need to spend money on a daily basis, not needing to play every day to avoid 'wasting' premium time and being able to decide when you are in the mood for a few battles. I'm kind of close to where you are, in terms of grinding etc, though I still have that 'Five Epochs' going on. And... you can never have too many credits, no such thing! Having said that, there are players, especially newer players who will benefit from premium time. Especially, when they get 14 days of it and can plan how to make most of it (schedule permitting), so I think for many people it is a cool gift.

Well, it is true even for me that, if ships actually had a rear view mirror that's where I'd get to see all the fun stuff in the game. In the current meta, with WG's current level of commitment to developing and maintaining 'fun and engaging' content, the trajectory is landing short off the mark.

Well, I run the game windowed but those settings work for me.

I kind of slightly prefer Yoshino which I have played (albeit not often) similarly to Zao. Kiting.. kiting.. kiting...

I don't have anything WG related running in my Task Manager, as I have the box unticked for launch on start up. However, I haven't checked if I have those processes running after playing the game and logging out. While the WGC closes after starting a game, I notice there is some background process remaining because downloading of various WG game updates often starts after logging out of game.

Easiest done if enough of us below average players are 'purseuded' to buy said ship and play it en masse.

To me it seems my wows-numbers haven't worked properly for ages... They certainly fail to reflect my awesomeness in the game properly...

It was generally thought most of the legendary upgrades were garbage. Personally, IMO any benefit they might have once given is now wasted because of the captain de-skill rework. I stopped using even the ones I had.

No captain build to share, as virtually all my cruiser captains have no skills picked post rework (and most of my other captains either). Here is the equipment, though.

I may return later after consulting a 'friend' who has a little used Smolensk tucked away. The build might not be ideal in terms of what you are looking for, though.
