Correct. 1st September, 1939 is the 'official' starting date for WW2. The Japanese campaign in China preceded it, as well as.. uhm.. the battles of uhm.. Khalkin Gol which were... less noteworthy... With the France and Britain declaring war on Germany, the conflict escalated to become a 'World War'.

As far as Murmansk is considered, it is one of the oldest premiums in the game, so a lot of people played it back then, and it felt a better ship back then than what's been the case more recently. Do these factors influence the statistics, is a question I leave for someone else to commento n.

To be exact, that was exactly what people may have thought initially due to the... ehem.. 'mistranslation'. How it actually was, and still is, despite the initially misleading description, you are, and always were, much more likely to draw an item from the secondary list (signals) than a camo. If you happened to have all the possible permacamos, then you'd be guaranteed to get an item from the secondary list... which would be a very bad deal, so obviously nobody would be buying them if that were the case for them.

Thanks, OP. I was finally able to re-find the button. It was under the Dutch cruisers early access, the page automatically collapsed all those segments, possibly so that fewer people might be able to find the button.. because I had to expand them all individually.

OR...etc.) The revised text makes it clear it may drop a camo, it no longer guarantees it will drop a camo. If the RNG fails to drop a camo it goes straight to the 'or' list of items.
