I find it difficult to believe WG staff would have time to manually check every word, so they probably use a combination of automated algorithms and user reports. Some games employ a filter to filter out specific words (which you can cleverly fool should you want to), and the filters are entirely optional for every user to either use or not. This sort of filtering does not, of course, work on longer verbal insults, inflammatory or otherwise inapproaprite content.

But ... but.. that would be so very devious!

Still.. are these balance changes driven by concerns over the health of the meta or are they due to some other reasons we may not (yet) be privy to....?

Still.. we are seeing BB's camping at islands, and those definitely count us 'large ships' as well.

Can't verify any missing ships, unfortunately. While I don't have the Hawkins personally or the camo, it is unresearched. What I've got is the Devonshire + camo. IIRC, I never had the Hawkins. I don't remember how this happened, I think Devonshire was available for tokens, but can't think of any reason why it would have skipped Hawkins.
