Earlier today, I experienced the CSS issue on at least one website (unrelated), and couldn't get this forum to load (nor the main EU site), every time the connection timed out. Then later, things started to work more or less normally.

Yes and no, because many people use coop for the missions, and there the biggest problem usually is that the battle ends too soon. Would increasing the AI strenght lead to longer battles, or just make it harder to do those missions in coop?.... For the challenging part, I'd rather see this in the scenario battles, perhaps.

The Battle of Archipelago, I played the heroic cruiser Varyag and actually survived with about 400 hps to spare. We also won the battle. I did some checking... for possible distants (which is something you may have noticed I like to do in connection with naval service). There were a lot of those 'distants' of mine in the navy at the time, and Varyag isn't an exception. My 14c2r was the junior navigation officer, Alexei von Nieroth. He died in the battle aged only 21. My 7c5r, Yevgeny von Berens was the senior navigator. He survived, as did the commander, Admiral Vsevolod Rudnev who isn't a blood relative of mine, but he was my first cousin once removed's wife's second cousin thrice removed's wife's brother's wife's brother (I know... Space Balls vibes).

It seems counter-intuitive to assume that Emperor Meiji should have awarded the commander of Varyag, Vsevolod Rudnev, with the Order of the Rising Sun for running away...

Pay to lose does, though. I mean... Pay to cover your losses, to be specific. Hell.. for me even pay to lose works...

I have a little less experience with mid tier DD's myself, as I mostly go for low tier and high tier DD's, on low and mid tiers I like cruisers maybe more. BB's I like on low to mid tiers, not so much on the high tiers, and I really don't like high tier cruisers much at all. All of this gives me some very welcome variety of play, nonetheless. Please take note I failed to say anything about the CV's.

Yeah.. these ships were mostly removed long ago, so how good are they actually in today's meta? Unless people have a clear idea of this and the ships are no longer performing to expectations, they will be duped into spending resources. Historically significant ships should be re-introduced, but not the way it went with the Missouri...

It seems unlikely that only WG were affected when it comes to legimate business sites.

Except for really peculiar circumstances that I could think of, I find it a little far fetched that they would have officially blocked a computer game related site. Rationally speaking, that is.

Shouldn't people then be seeing a similar message here as well? If something is officially blocked, that is. Not by the football federation, but by someone else.
