Petition to remove Incoming fire alert skill

Incoming fire is useless at it lights up even if said incoming fire is directed elsewhere so the OP has no cause to complain about that skill. Any captain worth his salt would have one eye on any ship like the Yamato watching out for any shellfire. This I wholeheartedly agree with. Sure have this skill but it really needs to be at level 3 for example but definitely above Incoming Fire. -
Never give up because of poor players in divisions (those that spread the tiers out as you describe) I would look at how you are playing at tier 8 and try to see how you can lessen your loss rate. Joining with a friend in a division is always a good way to go as you can then at least offload your concerns in battle instead of bottling them up which never helps. Drop down a few tiers also when you are not in the right frame of mind, it helps trust me! I back you with your concern about mismatched divisions as it does upset both the team balance and the other players who have to make up for the teams shortfall Without firstly trying to blame RNG and the mystical patented wizardry that WG holds over the game but maybe look at the way you play, yes you. You have to put into the game what you want out of it and from there you will have your magical 50% but if you are not that good (not everyone can be!) you will on average be below 50% as you are. Maybe look at the way you play your cruisers (which in my eyes are the easiest class to achieve good results) as, although over 95% of your battles are in cruisers you are wallowing at 42%. Maybe you have the worst luck in the world day in and day out so maybe division up with a friend to see if you can beat your bad luck streak? Remember, only a poor workman will blame their tools.........

In one draw I had I had sunk 7 ships and was the only one left against 3 enemies who had sunk none. Would you say having the highest number of ships left fair? Of course not.

Indeed, treat it as released regarding purchasing premium time, gold and whatever else you can find in the shop. Otherwise as the title says it still is in Open Beta so many changes and additions will definitely happen before full release.

I tested this a while back and it did not help me at all. Not knowing how wongman66 has their PC set up but I have games installed to a separate disk to WIndows, which 'seems' to be faster than when using default installation folder (C:\Games) but even still, the first (and only the first) battle takes a little while to load compared with the rest.

This is (yet again) a hotly debated argument for both sides and I respect all the opinions. My opinion is that it is acceptable purely because on some occasions it has prevented a definite defeat and some because other allied ships failed to get to the enemy cap on time. I accept both with ease, I care not about statistics but more about how I can play better and influence my team mates. Unfortunately there are many players that fight at a distance and are loathe to take damage (cost?) and it is these players that are often last to be killed and more often the furthest away. There are those still blaming the game yet they need to look at how they won and lost to diagnose their draws, why did they happen? Many examples here of draws and in diagnosis it is often (not always!) lack of battle awareness regarding enemies and the timer. But, that should not stop players thinking of ways to reduce the possibility of draws, one notion I had was at the last moment a cap can be completed (say 3 minutes before the end) for all players in that battle to become visible to each other. That would give each team the opportunity to make a calculated decision to either cap or attempt to kill all enemies. Ducat

Probably best answered - 'You can play on another regions server if you get an account for that region'. Regarding 1 to 1, I bet there were not any others at those tiers so after 5 minutes the match was made, oops!

Yes, I completely missed that one, edited to reflect! I am sure you are correct, tier 2 as a start for the early pre-dreadnoughts seems more logical.

Sure it is a business, pretty obvious point, but at this point in time of the games development it is good to get grass root rules set in. That is all I am pointing out. For those that are active modders I am sure they already have contacted the devs for access to the files and that is the way it should be. I for one would much prefer this method than an open door policy that is currently in place so as to ensure those that have good intentions, can stay and continue rather than allow those with darker intentions to continue.

Ok, look at this way, you invite a load of people into your house, you know none of them but a few 'kick off' making the entire crowd react. Best way, eject them all and then invite back the ones that are going to conform to your house rules, this is what the devs are doing. Unfortunately as always it is the minority that spoils it for the majority, your wrath needs to be vented at those 'mod' makers and not the devs. I support the need for legitimate mods such as skins and the like as it helps build a community but I would much rather have a clamp down first before inviting legitimate mod makers back in. You say the devs are unwilling to implement an anti-cheat system, please point us to the statement they have made declaring that as I want to add my disagreement to that. Oh, and by the way, until the recent posts regarding aim assist were posted I had no idea it (in its current form) existed. Not that I did not believe they do but until then never seen a link so please do not be presumptuous.

You missed the point of my post, I was posting in defence of DD's as BB's are their prime targets, I merely stated my preferred class and that I am trying the other classes out, sorry that you got confused. (am envious that you are on holiday in Spain though!) No, I like you am a little in the dark regarding the supposed changes. I am afraid that we as supertesters really do not get the finite information regarding what the devs are doing in these patches and it is as frustrating for us as it is you. I would love to be in a position to give details and reasons but I cannot unfortunately. -

I am primarily a CA player but as I like trying most things out I did start grinding both the BB and DD lines and the buff for rudder shift times are beyond comprehensible. World of Warships is starting to revert to an original title............ I really hope they keep current (pre 0.4.1) rudder shift times AND do something a little more for DD's above tier 5. -
Hello Goktsu, Classes can and do sprout from other classes as per below; It is always possible earlier BB's (pre-dreadnoughts?) could be introduced to fill in tiers 1 and 2 at a later date.
