@OP - It appears you do not do so well with cruisers so maybe instead of throwing a 'hissy fit' and starting a complaint thread, you would have been better off addressing your shortfalls and working on your battle strategies playing CA's. You know how to play but just not that well. I certainly do not play for stats either, whatever comes my way I accept it but to fail with some of the best ships in the game (Murmansk for example) you need to look at yourself first before beating up on the game. Another game will not necessarily mean you will do better there either.

I have been in the game since there were less than 200 players, all very early Alpha testers. I went on to introduce many of my clan mates and they are all still here and a majority of the very earliest testers are here too. As they were an extreme minority (figure wise) compared to now you could say a fair percentage of Alpha testers are not quite so active. I would rather quote hard facts before stating what I think. I beg to differ, change but not get worse. New players will of course not get up to scratch for quite a while and then there are those whose skill levels are maxxed (I will include myself there as an average player) so will be beaten more often by the more highly skilled player. What has been an issue regarding the game and that was the slow introduction of content as that always perks up those that are getting bored with the usual, myself included. I will never give up on a whim (like others are seemingly doing), I am made of sterner stuff and will weather the storms no matter how rough.

Hi mtm, you can indeed division in PvE. I play more now in PvE due to the incessant abuse often seen in chat (can't wait to be able to 'mute' certain players). I used to just use PvE for testing as I never wanted to impact a full PvP game with whatever I was doing. Also, battles are often over quickly and that is as quick as a naval battle fix as you can get!

Yes in a way. If a team moves away from their cap point and are far enough away not to be able to get back in 3 minutes, if an enemy ship caps in 3 minutes it is all over. Seeing the amount of lemming trains of late I can foresee a few complaints coming this way....... 'Mom, they capped and all the ships are still left'.

One difference, the latest one was proven to work, the scam one has not been proven to work.

With version 7.0 when selecting the Das_Boot movie it downloads but does not decompress and install, reverting back to 6.2 and it works.

You will only have to ask friends that were on TS with me last night what I was thinking about the RNG salvos I was firing at the enemy, only to watch the shells rain down like hopeless confetti in the wind. Instead of coming here to rage try considering others rather than just yourself. That player was content to play their own game (there are no rules to state otherwise) but you had to instigate a flame war in chat. You have of course breached forum etiquette by posting in such a way so I suggest that you edit your OP accordingly to remove the other players details. But of course, that matters not as whatever you post is recorded even if you delete after the posting. Please behave in a more mature way and you will garner more respect that way.

Priggishness? That is a new one! I was being exact in saying lag does not always relate to your internet connection but sometimes solely with your own PC specifications. I would stop being so sensitive as some people always relate lag to connection and do not understand it sometimes does not. All I was trying to do was help. Have a good weekend....

Had a few crashes of late but mine were only when getting back into port and the crash completely locks up the game and the only way out is a PC restart, not good. Would be interesting to see your dxdiag report to see if there are any weak links as to have the amount of crashes you did in succession is a little more than coincidental.

You have spent a considerable amount of time in the game to get where you are yet have only visited/contributed to the forum once, and that to complain? If you were a frequent visitor to the forums you would know that in early hours the MM would not necessarily be favorable to you. You can get graphical lag (latency) where the host PC is incapable of writing the frames quick enough resulting in 'lag'. It would be good if you can supply specifications for your PC via the dxdiag report. How to acquire your dxdiag report.

These days (see I am old!) they are having to create models and textures suitable for many different platforms and specifications (of PC's). I guess all they are doing currently, is ensuring what they have now will work well with the majority rather than the minority. It would be interesting to know if they will follow WoWp in having 2 clients, HD as well as standard SD, I hope so.
