Not intending to burst your bubble but if I am in a CA the more DD's the better. If I am in a BB, whilst I may take a torp or 2 I can count on one hand when a DD has wiped out my BB but that is only after I have taken a battering from others. Knowing a DD is in the vicinity I ensure HE is loaded and away I go. A normal flotilla would be made up of more smaller ships and fewer capital ships, whilst 5 or 6 on a side is a little too many 4 on each side would work well.

The OP was talking about MM and not economics (although it cost him a lot because of the fubarred MM). That battle should never have happened and shows a failing with the MM. Regarding your rant Fonfalks, I am in a similar position as you regarding tier IX DD's. You have played 6 won 1, I have played 5 won 2 but only lost credits on 1 battle. The biggest difference is XP, you have a stealthy ship so why not cap? Anyway, back to the OP, lesson to be learned, whilst we wait for an improved MM is to play tier 10's before 8pm!

It no longer relies on the excel sheet and with some tweaking of a simple xml file it works out of the box. I tested it in a Training Room but in all honesty as much as it is a 'guide' as to where to fire/aim any player with reasonable aiming skill will do better.

Wow this escalated quickly! Bottom line then. All Premium ships need to be offered in 2 ways, one pure vanilla with no excess, the second bundled together with doubloons, currency, premium time etc but at a price that shows it is a reduction of cost if bundled items are sold separately. Thinking about it, probably too simple for them to do........

Hello robertoarh, Looking at your stats, your average experience is quite low. I have only just elited my Colorado so cannot quote on tier 8 BB's but all my other tier 8 ships I have never got near to losing money (taking off premium additions). Try being a little more aggressive (not going Rambo though!) in battle, and I am sure your average XP and credits will rise.

Not checked what is available for conversion but have a healthy few XP readily available for unlocking items -

Apart from your technical problem your complaint about the game probably needs to be addressed from within (ColonelPete was a little harsh but on the right line). Your statistics show you do below average in your battles, yes, you may very well be a hero in one or two, but you need more of that in every battle. Try swapping between AP and HE more often to gauge damage dealt, As for MM, nothing odd at all in the 3 tier spread, in fact being the bottom tiered ship gives you much more XP as long as you do your bit. But...... Why are you asking these questions with over 2500 battles? You must have learnt the quirks of this game by now?

For me it is the Tashkent, attractive to look at but really delivers where it hurts. I was amazed at how quickly I took to her and it reflected in the fact it only took one week to grind to the Udaloy (which is nowhere near as 'comfortable'). Every time I sail the Tashkent I smile

The OP is more than adequate with both the Fuso and New Mexico so I would point the finger firmly at the RNG god not looking down on you favourably. I know, I pray to it but it still gives me a (butter) spread that I could do toast with proudly

I think the posters above have answered you very well but I will add a little bit more to that. I noted your survival rate in the Wyoming, and although you have played only 9 battles you have survived in only 2 of them. You are probably being overly aggressive (aggressive is good by the way!) and putting yourself in a position where you are being overwhelmed too quickly. Don't chase cruisers down, make them seek you out and draw them into situations where they themselves will get into trouble (nearer your allied ships). Being a tier 4 BB, you will more than likely come across higher tiered ships so seek a companion ship and sail with them in order to have a degree of cover and help. There are so many good videos that have been created by community members, so I would suggest to try watching a few, just to give you some idea as how to progress and hopefully get much better. Sail safe.

In the same way some missions are unsuitable for CV's. As for customisation of missions, I would say that is rather difficult to implement as many players do have all classes of ships in their docks. It is only for a few days so a little patience is needed for more relevant (to you) missions will appear. Give CV's a little more love.

Marvin, you are a good buddy, and to let 'Cretin No.1' affect your enjoyment of the game when there is 90%+ more that are so much nicer, is beyond me. For me, players like that are 'pub talk' where you laugh at their stupidity and realise you are worth much more that that. Bottom line, ignore and move on!

You are painting the picture because you play BB's mostly (circa 65%). I will speak as a relative new DD fan. I am not too bad but to get accurate torpedo hits on a well captained BB is very hard indeed. You need to catch them partially unaware before you can strike and you just may get a strike or 2. To create views of balance you really need equal experience of the class of ship you criticise so please have more battles in DD's and then come back to say how successful you were. Yes, think in a sober way, very apt indeed. What we need to offset this 'wall of torpedoes' is a little love given back to CV's to ensure we get back the balance that is sorely missing, more CV's in higher tiers. Yes, I do miss them, it makes you as a DD captain to be ever more sneaky and you have to work that much harder for your money! With that, your precious BB may not be targeted quite so often! Play them all and then make an opinion.

Why oh why are Ranked Battles not included? It is in effect harder to get High Calibre due to fewer ships. Anyway, I hardly ever shake my epeen but this ranked battle I had was epic and only wish it could be included.
