The Servers have been down all night in the UK

Can someone tell me when Ship XP builds up on Premium Ship like Scharnhorst what can you do with it cannot transfer to any other ship or Commander

When a DD can get within a 1000 yards of a Level VIII Battleship and is still invisible then able to fire off and 10 torps which there is no way of avoiding the games gone way to unrealistic, the creators should limit the amount of invisibility within the game to a far more realistic level. There's just no point moving till all DDs are destroyed what the [edited]fun in that !!!!!. If you agree follow the feed and add your comment to it
