BREXIT: No Royal Navy on worldofwarships.EU ?

And this when it ends. All useful conversation has ceased. Since you can't understand the bigger picture, or the subject in hand as well. Not on a compatible wavelength to me anyway.

£350m is wrong. I stated the figures earlier. Enough crapwas passed around that the BBC had to go debunk the myth. If you choose to not include the rebate then you are basically disregarding evidence to suit you and your opinions. Which isn't the best idea when trying to present a credible argument. I have not signed that second referendum petition I will let you know. Maybe I should to spite you.

What are the "stereotypes" for each nation?

Well, they tried. Too late since the torpedoes were in the water, and the bombs falling. But at least they tried.

Some interesting info around the world

Firth of Forth? Including Forth Bridge. With Trains?
  5. Before anyone gets too drunk, I must congratulate my national team on their gross incompetence. Their performance is not even deserving of a slow clap.

You just don't get it do you? Stop being willfully ignorant and actually read for once. Your figure of £350m is straight up WRONG (there you go, emphasized it for you). You have to deal with that fact. The leave supporters are now going back on that. The BBC proved it wrong a long time ago. Those figures you try and use don't count the EU rebates that gives us money back. The amount we pay in and the number of weeks in a year are correct (Although if you did get the later wrong then I have no words for you). But you are not counting what we get back etc. Get with the game and look at the bigger picture. I should not have to say/explain it 2-3 times for you to understand. Although if you want to go down the route of insults and teasing like all those other leave supporters, be my guest, make yourself look like a whining fool. It's by no means perfect. And utopia is no way to put it. But there is everything to lose for all sides involved if Britain leaves. For basically no noticeable or relevant gain. That is it simply put to me. (Sovereignty and Migration arguments are a farce, and the economic case is full of holes and is woeful at best)

Oh, I already did the maths. Long before you. I'm ahead of you in this game I'm afraid. ;) Doesn't matter that you have decided to try and base your argument around a fictional figure though? No, but then you get expectations from the implications. We know the leave campaign lied. Why are you trying to prove me wrong on something I am right about? Does it matter that they did not physically "Say it", even though several members of the Leave campaign have (Gisela Stuart etc.)? You are the one trying to argue on a platform of thin ice. Thin ice which is cracking rapidly. Arguing the toss over something that is irrelevant.

Except you have severely flawed figures there. That £350m figure, (rounded down if you like - stop being pedantic) has proven to be a lie so many times that a difference in it being rounded down makes no damn difference really. The actual figures are closer to £276m sent in, about £100m of that then gets spent in the UK in return. And then the economic hit of leaving in earnest dwarfs that figure that London & the SE (mainly) loses to the EU. The leave campaign have spread it throughout there entire campaign as their selling point, saying that we should fund our NHS instead of that mythical £350m going to the EU. The fact that there is a) No £350m to give to the NHS that is sent to the EU b) The Leave campaign using the NHS as it's main advertisement. They have implied it will be spent (if it was there) on the NHS, now they are turning around and admitting it is not the case. And? Well done for bringing up the figures I already knew, but that is still a fair proportion as I have previously said. Your arguments and points are getting disproved or turned against you one after the other.

You just provided a damn picture of the leave campaign's propaganda perambulator. It has that dirty great big lie written on it, and what is sad that most of the leave campaigners knew that this was a lie (Because they would never get the damn money in the first place). A fair few of them did, if the results of the last general election are to go by.

Your not so subtle teasing, basically the verge of insults. Not bothering to check what I have said, and trying to provoke me by belittling me? The result of a referendum has been decided, but that referendum means nothing with what comes after it. So get with the game. I never said it was likely, but it is a possibility. And I never mentioned that petition either. That petition is fairly useless, but and result of the referendum won't be changed. But the result was only that. It means nothing until stuff is actually practice (if at all) and the full implications are visible. I said that over and over while arguing with others, areas that would be brain dead if they voted leave would be Scotland, the North of England, Northern Ireland, Gibraltar and Cornwall. Cornwall receives so much from the EU, since it is rated as one of the most deprived areas in the UK (and EU as a whole), and thanks to EU funding some years ago, Cornwall started picking itself up. And now... it's pretty pathetic really. The only areas of the UK that really lost in terms of money to the EU are London and the South East, and parts of the midlands. Other areas broke about even, or gained a net profit.

BREXIT: No Royal Navy on worldofwarships.EU ?

That can probably be explained by most of them being distrustful of the government and politics in general. Feeling that they are not represented etc. . Typically it is young voters who vote the least in all elections and referendums anyway. After all the last general election only 43% of 18-24 year olds voted. For various reasons. On the verge insults there. And lot of misinterpretation as well. If you are going to be like that (you epitomising the average leave voter to me) then you are not worth talking to on the subject. I wouldn't be surprised that due to the nature of the vote (17.4 million out of 65.1 million - splitting the country in half) that it does get blocked along the way. I could bring up all kinds of arguments to show that the leave result is not the majority in reality, and all the faults with democracy in these types of cases, but it probably is not worth it with you. Since what would be achieved? Apart from anger and frustration, nothing much. Although you are accurate with the Liberal title. My views can mostly be described as not right nor left.

That older generation (Including my parents) will be dead. Putting it bluntly. And I and so many others now have to live out most of my life with a decision that I vociferously disagree with. And overall, it is people like me who have the most to lose. A lifetimes worth of opportunity effectively. I'm not exactly trying to slag off the older generation as such, but this result has caused contempt and resentment among people of my age, and fractures the country even more. If you think that experience of looking into the past will hold any value, then you are wrong. I did extensive research on the subject about 6 months ago, and came to my conclusion then. That research took far too long (my mock exams suffered accordingly - probably not my smartest move), and took into account basically all areas. Probably why I proved so effective a slamming my friends down when they tried to argue otherwise with me. -Basically - Those who can remember WW2 (80+) voted mostly Remain. - Those from the 35-75 bracket mostly voted leave. - Those from the 18-30 bracket mostly voted remain. Then you have to add the 16-17 year olds, who are around 75% in favour of staying and the foreign nationals (including one of my parents) who are also mostly in favour of remain. It's not exactly a proportionate result for the future of our country. As I have said before to quite a few people, tariffs won't happen. But for trade, we will still follow the EU's rules. Just as everyone else does when they trade with the EU. Only now we are on the verge of giving up our benefits, power and influence over it, for no gain. Scotland is almost definitely going to have another independence vote. And this time they are more likely than not to become independent. After all, they now have a good argument for saying they are not being represented and being ruled over by Westminster. Northern Ireland may follow suit. Heck, even London and the Thames Valley may start pushing for it if negotiations go badly.

Yubari and Sims back on sale in Premium Shop

Not exactly similar to mtm's, but just showing Yubari holds her own (Especially when you have 3 of them). If you play her as a muzzled Kuma, then you can do pretty well. If you like Kuma and Tenryu then I would recommend Yubari. Also, my stats are not bad with her either 40.6k average damage, 72% wins, 39% main battery hits. Those guns are incredibly accurate. I just wish I had all 6 of them (Alternate hull for Yubari? - since I do note she has 1944 next to her in the premium store).

BREXIT: No Royal Navy on worldofwarships.EU ?

This is is not even mentioning that now we have a very pissed younger generation. Who now have a severe contempt for the older generation for getting them a result they did not want. And the country is even more fractured, as Scotland, Northern Ireland, London and the Thames Valley are very pissed at the rest of England & Wales. Afterall 51.9% of 75% or so is still just a little less 17.5 million people. With 65 million in the country... it is not a good result. Especially when if you include those who could not vote, they overwhelmingly would have voted remain (16-17 year olds, foreign nationals etc.), thereby toppling the thin margin leave has.
  19. I have 2 Canadian grandparents, and an American Citizenship. I have been seriously considering it... I don't especially want to be in the country while it is busy tearing itself apart....
  20. London is asking for independence Unfortunately my area just can't do it right.
  21. Thank you for intervening. You don't have to follow me around trumpting your horn though. Not really the place for discussion of political events, since they are liable to get this thread closed, (As seen on the NA forums).
  22. Well, there are not very many things that happened this morning. So it is logical to assume it is that event. In which case you would be entirely correct. I'll get over it in time (My country though, probably not). Although first I have to suffer through my friends smugness for the next weeks.
  23. Am depressed now. Very depressed.

It was only a matter of time before a CV took it's place at the top of my all time damage scores.... Beats my old record with Fubuki by a comfortable margin of 15k damage.

2 new premiums mentioned by Notser

Could be some time before that happens, unless WG have worked on an IJN Light Cruiser line to switch Mogami across to despite that they have pushed back the first "duplicate" line (USN Light Cruisers) for the foreseeable future. Still. Maybe WG will introduce a JP2/ Ferdinand situation, players choosing Mogami or Takao, both leading to Ibuki.
