    All comp players? My NA clan don't agree. They would love Ocean. They would see it as a challenge. Having to know what is where. Pay attention to map and understand what ships have angles on you. What angle you need to be at. What ships are priority focus. Where is the DD? Where are the torps likely to come from. Sorry. Not all us want easy mode island camping borefests that don't encourage variety and bring stale meta picks.

    You think every ships should be judged on your fantasy of a 1 v 1 magic scenario? LOL 50 plus games if you include the Makarov clone and still hit 70% WR. Your example of ship choice to use shows exactly nothing. And for the record and this might come as a shock. A T6 cruiser should have some sort of weakness against a T8 BB.

    Open maps, especially like Ocean sort the good from the bad. If anything this game needs more open maps. Maybe then players might learn about good positioning. Just another post from another player wanting the game to be easier for them rather than learn how to get better.

    Sounds about the same RNG for a cruiser or BB salvo. 50% effectiveness. Still. I'm gonna dust of the carrier decks and see what I think when back and able to click battle.

    I think firstly we need to classify what we consider reliable. For me? I'd say a two thirds hit rate. Again, a personal measure. I currently have really only played Hak in CW's, and a bit of GZ on NA. I find I hit about two thirds, single strike potential (except GZ DB's which is nearly ways 50/50). That being said. When I'm back properly. I might take out every T10 and T8 CV and play a minimum of 20 games per CV and see if I notice any real change. Because when I have taken CV's out. I've not noticed a poor return on DB's or torps.

    Last time I checked I hit 61/62 % WR in GZ and it's apparently unplayable.... And my other games played in Parseval and MvR are overall respectable. So.... Your point is just a baseless insult. Again.

    @RazorBlade72 I've not read through all the posts. But, if you are serious about wanting to learn how to play well enough to start getting the best out of Shima and enjoy the game with more depth and understanding. I would be happy to answer questions. Give you replays of my own or go through and review your replays. It took me 1000's of games and I mean 1000's. Learning the hard way as there was not much creator content and the game was new. But I've got to a point where I can confidently say I'm one of the best DD players currently active. And even I'm still learning. But also willing to teach. Just, ask and be open to positive critique.

    When what hit? DB's? Very reliable. Torps? Also reliable. Rockets? Reliable against larger targets. So. What are YOU struggling to hit with? And would you like help? Or have other thoughts on how to play around strengths and weaknesses? I know you know your way around IJN CV's. So what have you noticed prior to this patch that I say haven't?

    So you use other plays stats whilst hiding your own then pubically use other people's stats to make bold claims that you yourself cannot back up or prove on a personal level.... Your basis already has a flaw. Players have already left the game. But you'll magically say it's because (insert insult post about Unicums) being scared to drop WR or some other such guff. Or that other new lines are out to grind so other ships already attained won't be played as much and also as it's you (insert insult post about Unicums) being scared to drop WR or some other such guff. And maybe just maybe we don't want to play a certain ship for other multitude of reasons that you'll just interpret as you normally do to (insert insult post about Unicums) being scared to drop WR or some other such guff. Your hypothesis is flawed before it even begins

    A. The torps can be used reliably to hit DD's. B. Considering the turning radius of Enterprise rockets, the delay won't be that much of an issue at all. C. Enterprise was pulled for than just the rockets. You've been told why multiple times why but just choose not to listen.
