Yeah, ok. This is one of my NA accounts. As you can see, I'm "struggling" to play T8 DD's.... https://na.wows-numbers.com/player/1036458028,Vasili_One_Bonk_only/ I've also just ground through Hipper, a plain old T8 cruiser and did not struggle being up tiered. Yes, there were some painful lost games (see carry harder thread) but I was also able to get this bottom tier ship to punch above it's class even against T9/10's. Like below. Some of us like a challenge. I also like getting more exp as a reward for doing well as a bottom tier ship. The biggest problem with MM isn't MM. It's the increasingly poor quality of the player base. And there is no fixing that.

Again. I don't regret it coz I could not predict WG being even more of a bag of [edited]'s than they were at the time. And as time has shown, they've gotten worse and worse for it.

A) we already have a pinned thread for MM. B) MM plus or minus 2 is fine. And when you are the lower tier you get a better exp output as a reward for your efforts. C) You think being a T8 CV In a T9/10 game is unplayable?? lol but I'm glad it's turning you away from investing in more CV's as frankly less CV's in the queue the better. D) I frankly don't want to be punished with stupidly long game wait times as that's what your suggestions would cause.

Easier said than done when your brawling 2 BB's either side of you in a Roon and having to zoom down torp lengths losing a lot of the spatial awareness you need and normally have, when you are able to torp like normal. It's not a work around. It's a boot licking exercise to WG.

Ahhhhh distant happy memories. Because the next 18 games have been nothing but pain and suffering....

And? Islands work both ways. I held and won an entire flank almost solo and did that under the threat of 2 CV's. I could have just run. I could have given them free reign. I didn't. We won. I had a massive contributing factor in that win. I also kited and held up my 2 weak flanks in a Roon last night with minimal island cover. And won. Your summary of it's always a lost cause is wrong. It's not easy, but can be done.

Gonna have to disagree here. I've held thw weak flanks solo and or in very low numbers, and WON that flank back. It's never always a lost cause at all. Example A. Though I have some recent cruiser replays I need to upload which show how to kite the "weak flank" and win it ect.

No. IFHE is not needed on Fletcher or indeed Benson. Points can go into better used skills. Benson is a very good DD, but etcher is better. Just because WG seemed to have made nearly all the T9's better than the T10's (with the exception of the pan EU line). LWM made a fairly good thread on IFHE or not. However I can't access the NA forum to find it for you.

You still have to earn FXP most part. You can get FXP in boxes or through missions however. So effort is still needed as you have to either complete missions for those (ish as you can gamble of loot boxes giving them occasionally).

Pay to skip. This game still has no pay to win regardless of what some of the masses say. But you CAN pay to skip. Pay to skip bypasses effort however minimal an investment is made via that route normally.
