If aiming torps manually was easy for the majority of the player base, then DD torp hit rates would be more than 5%. Unicum DD players can expect to only land between 10-15% on a great day. That's why DD average damage numbers are lower than the other classes after all. The fact I got around 28% torp hit rate in subs and still had more zero and very low damage games than I care to count makes me think it'll be a disaster. Which would be funny for me. But then I would expect WG to rebuff the [edited]out of subs.to make them even remotely potato friendly again. I mean. They've set themselves the target of doubling the CV population and we saw the angry potato rant after rocket planes were balanced and how it's dropped since.

So. Are you suggesting that prem ships are given better "MM" because they "win more"? So why is it still possible to play silver line ships and hit super unicum numbers even when playing solo? Have you also taken into account the meta changes since said ships have released and also factored in games played. Somers beats Shima in "stats". However Shima is one of the original DD's. One of THE most played ships in the game and therefore will never match the newer ships in stats due to all the factors mentioned. Have you considered that you, and ONLY you are the consistent factor in all your games.

I remember ganking an O7 CV and his div mate on my none purple clan alt account. They lost it on stream, when they got mouthy assuming I was a lucky potato. They did stats check and saw purple super unicum solo player and got even more mad that I was in a "noob potato clan" "hiding my seal clubbing stats". Felt good being sent the link to that lol.

Did I stutter with what I wrote? It's not hard to land any amount of pings on a target. Doesn't matter if they know where you are. Does not matter if they run. Maybe try and get good with the mechanics before moaning. Maybe get good at positioning. Learning how to work around DCP. So far sub play is stupidly easy and doesn't look like it will be any harder next patch. For the record I did not mean that to sound as aggressive as it's typed.
