I got directed by support to give feedback on the forum, because feedback through ticket system isnt allowed or is ignored Needed 5 tickets and speaking to way to many different employees who seem to just copy paste standard messages which do not fit the ticket I finally had 1 person that actually did read and took action although the follow up who took over was just as horrible as the copy pasters, still ignoring questions. So lets start with feedback: Pure for the European team: 1) Read the damn ticket and not just a little bit, sometimes an introduction is just a small part of the problem but not everything. Saves multiple tickets being made as well as frustration for the costumer. 2) DO NOT give copy paste answers, that is just rude. 3) Be on the same line, not 10 different stories. 4) DO NOT ignore questions answer them all not just 1, this is in line with point 1.... For WG as a whole: When you allow a server transfer and people have an account with same username on both servers, allow them to delete one without hogging up a name or allow a free name change on the one they want gone. Instead of scamming money out of people to have them keep their name. While even paying isnt a guarantee that you'll have your own name again after the cooling down period of 30 days.....(Name change locks the name for 30 days) And this also creates a small window that someone could hijack the name and that you still lose your name...

I dont know if they just cant read If they use bots if they use under-qualified personnel 4 Different people, 3x copy pasta that doesnt fit the subject. 1x getting send to NA-support while the problem is at EU side....

Problem I need 50 battles for that. After actually showing howe annoyed I was at the bot / copy pasta behavior of support I finally got someone who showed he understood the problem as well as relaying it to someone specialized. Could name the 4 support members that were useless but that would probably get me in trouble. The support member that was useful:Kenneth Arkwright

take into consideration it was also mostly vs tier 7. so youll get decreased dmg cause they got better protection values.

its accurate enough imo, does it make that much of a difference?

Ok I play on the US server and 2 days ago ive used my Murmansk with a friends T7 ship. We got thrown into a match where the average tier was 7. (Including T8 ships) People on both sides made jokes that I missed an I in the tier. (who can blame them ) I wont talk about the result but instead post the result.
