Wargaming is lying in title of the article. "FREE" means you can claim it without giving or doing anything for it. The details are however talking about sales activity. This is abysmal market conduct, even if the underlying recruit program is actually an okay thing.

Raid for the filth is a clusterfuck, I don't see the point of it. The ops are okay, although they are really Hard for an average team. I hope Ranked+Halloween+Italian ships are not introduced all the same time, because that will be just too much; event fatigue can kill the game.

I wanted to see how the new AA feels against CVs (I won't go back to live server before I am satisfied with AA), but there was rarely any. I understand that the ranked and savage battle modes take away most of the scarce test population, but it would be still useful to somehow incentivize CV play more, to be able to test AA.

25% winrate and no awards for being second or third has not much incentive compared to randoms. meanwhile the consumables are almost pointless, because it is mostly a torpedo jousting. maybe if a meta formed for this game mode, then the consumables would make a difference between higher level players. but I don't expect much in a temporary "for the lolz" rampage mode.

They mention in the update article that servers are down 7-10am CET time.
