Havent they ever heard the term The Customer is ALWAYS right and the majority say this patch is BAD ignore it at your peril WG. -
With respect i really would like a refund on my Kidd i bought it for advantages in AA it had before latest patch and im sick of all this back door nerfing so could you advise me who to contact about refund as i would say i have been sold a ship that is not the same as it was pre patch, and i did not buy it for the way you overhauled the the way AA strengh numbers were calculated, i bought it for the way the AA was, i will never buy another premium ship again too many have had back door nerfs.Thank you for your time.

I only play DDs and ive bought premium ones too but i agree with R8dr this new CV rework has totally destroyed the enjoyment in WOW i just watched Notser and he is good even he says its just plain old knackered and DDs might aswell just dock your ships there are way way too many planes, and i for one aint gonna spend another penny on ships or premium time *edited*

game keeps freezing after the new update

I dont think its everyones computer having same trouble i agree with person that said WG servers aint got enough bandwidth when its at peak times, for gods sakes WG put some of that loot your making off us all into investing in better setup. These freezes are starting to be a pain.
