Like other collections, it will be permanent and should you miss items there might be other chances to get these in future.

The emblems and all other aspects will be launching today and should be live soon, as announced To get your rewards you will have to play a game per level of emblem for the system to trigger the crediting process.

We are indeed planning to expand the functionality there in future, but currently it is not ready yet.

If somebody thinks that a ban was really completely unfounded they are more than welcome to send me a PM and check. While the incident you mentioned was unfortunate, it was a singular occurence, resolved quickly and happened on an entirely different server. This is also one of the reasons why none of us enact any kind of in game punishments - on our side this is entirely handled by the support team.

Bear in mind it is still early days for the tier X ship, as the model is not even ready yet. The name might still change - so wait and see :)

This is not planned for this campaign and I don't think we have the technical functionality for this kind of in-game purchase ready yet.

I wish that in honour of the update today I could give you a better update, but I have frankly not had the time to dig into the mires of who bought which flag when on which cluster under which conditions. Its on my list of things to do in the new year - so there is still hope! :)

That is a different issue and something we definitely need to work to prevent - our new chat moderation initiative should help with that. Although I do have to point out that even if a division reports you, you will not immediately be banned - more reports are definitely necessary.

I hope it will be resolved soon. I am not a programmer and cannot comment on how easy or difficult it is to track down and fix - the fact that it hasn't been resolved yet would indicate it is a more tricky one.

What is obvious, is that you should not break our game rules, then you also won't have the issue of being banned in other channels. This would take no man-hours to do at all. I honestly see no benefit in developing or changing a feature that would only benefit people that get chat-banned.

That is why we don't like to give any time frames, software development is not easy and often subject to delays - especially when issues are found. And honestly, reactions like this are the exact reason why we are usually hesitant to share information way in advance. I like to be as open as possible and share information as soon as I can, but this comes with the caveat that until it is properly announced on our portals it is subject to change. The flag will be automatically distributed to all collectors, but we have decided not to have a special forum section. We don't want to split and segregate our forum audience, we see no benefit in this. We want the information we disseminate to be available to everyone, which means we couldn't really actively post in such a closed section anyway. If you guys can convince us of the potential benefits of such a section we would be happy to consider it.

I don't have enough hands-on experience with clan battles to judge if this is true, but I'll make sure to forward the feedback!

I am not aware of any particular order in the crates, the ships are not selected from an ordered list, but from the total pool of available ships. If you are talking about the list on the portal, this is ordered to highlight some of the ships that are usually not obtainable.

We did make changes to make it more consistent and prevent big spikes of points in either direction, but overall you will always lose more points on a loss than you gain on a win - this is so you need to win more battles than you lose to progress.
